September wedding- can I wear this?

Is This OK for a September wedding? I love the style but think it might be too dark?

If it's shirt dresses your after Max Mara has these in their sale. Ignore the terrible styling with the denim jacket on the first picture of the first dress. The dress is silk.

It's beautiful, classy and elegant. I'm dull too and would totally wear it! 😅.
Can't stand florals and pastels! And even less all these unwritten rules about what to wear to weddings, seems like the only mn approved dressses are below the knee frumpy floral numbers....

It's a beautiful dress. I would wear it to the office, not a wedding.

Oh god I’m sorry OP but that first one is honestly one of the most revolting pieces of clothing I’ve ever seen. The second is marginally better but they definitely say “workwear meets dressing gown” to me

I too thought that 1st one was a mans night gown. The 2nd, brown thing- if the wedding theme was 'look like a striped poo', well, you'd certainly win the prize! 😬
Sorry, but its my honest thoughts and looks far more funeral wear than wedding. There is a reason they are on sale! What is your colouring and normal style? We might be able to recommend something more wedding like.

I think it would be gorgeous for a wedding with the right shoes and accessories to make it a bit more “weddingy”!
