Oh OP the same thing happens to me! I’m an 8 but I always look bigger in photos! I just don’t think I’m photogenic and I never know what to do with myself so I don’t know how to sit/stand or pose correctly which doesn’t help!

I’m a 12 (heading towards a 10) but look hefty on sitting down pictures. The only full length mirror in the house is very kind, so I hate how big I look when seated. I think my stomach and middle just merge into my arse and thigh area, Jabba style.

You look great standing up though!!

Happens to me all the time! Think "ooh that looks flattering" in the mirror, then see the Ring doorbell footage of me leaving the house and think "where the hell did that arse come from??"

You look completely different in the standing pic. In the sitting one, the dress is bunched behind you and I thought it was your bum/hips. It's a lovely dress and looks beautiful on you in the second pic. To be fair, you don't look bad at all in the first one, just a really different body shape. I would have assumed a different person wearing the dress honestly!

The standing picture looks totally different. It looks great. Anyone who thinks you look a 16/18 when you’re stood up can get to fuck.

I think you are similar to me- high waisted.

I'm stupidly high waisted and any dress or top with a lot of fabric (sleeves, extra material around the bust) in that top area makes me look twice the size I am.
