Toasties:- Spring frocks and socks?

Here we are again, and this time looking forward to the warmer weather , putting away our comfy woolies ( and new season's dresses).

@MiracleToast - that barbecue is amazing (and what's being barbecued on it). Do you 'borrow' her Toast collection?

@faustina I wasn’t aware Toast even did bbqs, apparently she has a fire pit too! She was telling me fond memories of epic summer sales where everything would be heavily discounted.

I have inherited a few Toast items. Most notably a really sweet twin set—pink lacy camisole and pink cotton cardigan.

The aubergine stacks were a hit—we have Sarah Raven to thank for that recipe.

We have a toast fire pit Miracle toast glad your Mum's BBQ still going strong. Those aubergine stacks looks yummy.
Have just been away by the coast and took the fenugreek trousers which were perfect, easy wear. Cool and comfortable for the last sunny days. Great for travel rolled up and unrolled and not too creased..

Wearing a very toast-ish sun hat today, except it only cost about £25 from a company called Villlage Hats. It rolls up for packing.

That’s good feedback on the trousers @applecatchers36 if they hold up on a trip to the coast that’s very good news indeed

I thought the toast bbq was a joke, wow!

I've ordered more of the casual trousers in advance of the site and to check sizing. I really like the poplin ones in blue/black. I think it looks more black and slightly washed. They look and feel great. I also got the tan version but they'll look really wrinkly so back they go. I also got the ticking stripe. I love the for and feel, just need to think if the colour works with my wardrobe. And i tried the space check linen trousers, like the tan above i think they'll look wrinkly so they're of my list too.

I'll be popping into a toast shop to return so if there's anything you want me to check on it's presence in the shop let me know. I should have about 10 min, so not long but long enough to try to spy some items!

I'm wearing the orange cord skirt today with the black easy tee and black bostons with my old black denim jacket. I don't usually wear much black but the tee and jacket are very "washed black" so it feels easier on the eye to me.

I realised i haven't given anyone much time. I'll be there in about 10 min. I'll try to take some pics.

The black jumper with unusual contrast embroidery stitching around the neck for sale last winter is being sold on Vinted £79 S/8. Good condition. Not my colour or size but a striking and unusual jumper. I saw someone wear it on Instagram and it looked stunning worn on the right person.

Seeing the elm check dress in person was a surprise, i really liked it. Someone up thread bought it i think? The colours are much better irl and i imagine it's lovely to wear.

I'm hopeful that the things i like from the current season weren't in the store, but I'm going to hang on to these 2 pairs of trousers until then just in case.
