Here we are again, and this time looking forward to the warmer weather , putting away our comfy woolies ( and new season's dresses).

Everyone welcome ..

I was assuming the middle of June for a sale too. Hoping there might be something good in the new drop.

I would be surprised if there was a sale based on previous years. I'd expect around w/c 12th June for the next one. Toast is erratic though so I wouldn't bet my house on it.

I think there will be a new drop soon and they'll want that to have a good run at our bank accounts before we get distracted by a sale.

The wrap front indigo twill jumpsuit has just been delivered and I've tried it on. I am in love with this piece! It fits perfectly, is so flattering, makes my waist look tiny and just looks stylish. Worth every single penny and can't wait to wear it.

I just asked on the chat- new drop Thursday 4th May. Seems like they always do their drops and sales on a Thurs, maybe as people will try and get stuff for the weekend!

@Snowyowl78 looking forward to Thursday. Having said that it is not looking like the summer will be that great this year so I've been holding back on any high summer purchases

@dudsville those absolutely love love love pieces are hard to come by. I'm not fussed if there's no sale now I've purchased this piece.

@faustina love your bag. I had a look at Mr Porter and there was one I loved, but it was large and I'm looking for a small bag at the mo. I will know it when I see it. I've looked at loads and loads but it remains elusive.

@Noeggsontoast - your jumpsuit sounds wonderful - hopefully the weather will be kind and give you lots of chances to wear it

It's really hard to find the right size bag isn't it? I have spent so long looking. What kind of thing do you have in mind? Maybe I've seen it somewhere

@faustina really no idea except maybe old/vintage/classic looking. Not sure of colour either but toying with tan brown green navy. Not too structured but some structure, doesn't need lots of pockets, crossbody. I've looked at all sorts but just can't settle on anything perfect yet. Looking at second hand too. Off to France end of June might find something then.

Managed to get the Thorn green workwear shirt in a 10 last week, was really hoping I’d hate it as I didn’t want to spend anymore until the new drop. But it’s very nice on me and a really good fit with no gaping. A definite keeper.

Oh dear, had to register again -looong story!

@Theteapotsbrokenspout i have that in a 12, is lovely, I’m also trying the cream one, it’s really nice and looks very luxurious in cream but cream really is not my colour so I should probably be sensible and return it.

has anyone ever had a discount code from Toast? They have sent me one and now a replacement for my security tag debacle and neither work! I don’t know what I’m going wrong, was anticipating an order tomorrow. They say I can phone them my order instead but I can’t be bothered

I was tempted by the cream when the green was oos @Snowyowl78 , it does look lovely. But I know I would not get the wear out of it as I would be worried about the pale colour.

I think someone said they had a discount code, was it @Firesideknitting ? A pain you can’t get yours to work.

New stuff! Can’t say I like much of it, mainly because it’s very heavy on sleeveless and I don’t really do sleeveless. I am going to try the drawstring jeans though.

It’s cold here today and I’m not really feeling much love for all the sleeveless either. Those trousers look good @Snowyowl78 , I rather like the sea kelp skirt, I don’t wear skirts much but I might try that.

My money is safe! The only thing I have my eye on for the sale is the navy patch pocket linen jacket which I tried at the weekend and it’s lovely. It will need to be close to 50% off though, as it’s £215 full price! I also like the ticking stripe trousers which I think will be lovely for wfh - OH says they look like pyjamas but that worries me not a jot 😀

I've got the gingham sleeveless dress and the denim one which went in the sale but then I've always got a cardi on !

Not feeling the love here either. Oh well- I have plenty in my wardrobe to be getting on with (and far too many summer dresses already).

I do like that bag and have sourced a stockist in a town about an hour away from our place which is a bit Toasty-esque - homewards and clothes, accessories but all quite unique. @Noeggsontoast - that is very lovely too! I am guessing you know Campomaggi? They do a lot of vintagey bags. Not sure how easy to find, but Amazon used to have lots (which I suppose would make returns easy if you wanted to try) . Some are a bit blingy but not all:
