@faustina I do have one in my saved pics! However, it's lower down the ranking in my collection of pics and links I've been saving. Saw a nice one in a small makers in Paris but no online presence and we're not stopping over in Paris this year.

dudsville · 03/05/2023 20:26

I just had a look through the stuff. As always, some of the really pricey stuff is covetable, more affordably i thought the two new stripey vest tees would be good for layering.

Alpacasoft · 03/05/2023 20:41

Thank you @Snowyowl78

Bit of a let down to say the least
Several things are copies of previous season
The tiered dress, the washed linen dress and the chambray tiered dress .
I have all 3 from last year.

There is another almost identical gingham dress to the one I just bought, same fabric, slightly different style.
Why do they always hidden it in the main section and not in the new sectionConfused
So annoying having to wade through 300 plus things to find it or is that so we look at all that again?
Grrr !

Totally agree with this! What is going on. A lot of the styles are a rehash or complete copies of last years items. Are they flogging old styles from last year - esp the garment dyed linen dress in grey. I have this dress from a year ago. Also the pinafore dress in poplin was a rehash of a shape from either last year or a couple of years ago.

neveradullmoment99 · 03/05/2023 22:05

I have my eye on the brown and mint green print poplin square necked dress. It reminds me of mint choc chip! It is on my wish list but will wait until I see the full drop tomorrow.

neveradullmoment99 · 03/05/2023 22:05

I think its the Maeve dress.

So strange !
I would have loved that chambray tiered dress in another colour

I’ve ordered a few items from the new drop, the side button jumpsuits will be wonderful for pottering about in the garden, I’m not very good with sleeveless dresses, but did get the garment dye black coffee easy dress with reeds cotton/linen check blouse.. also added a couple of fans for handbags … I’m pleased not much of it has jumped out at me ..

MiracleToast · 04/05/2023 07:47

Oh my goodness, I have a just seen the coral skirt and top! What a lovely set. Astronomically out of my reach but I will keep the faith that they may end up in a sale.

Countmeout · 04/05/2023 08:15

I am not sure why they’ve rehashed the Alder in a different style as in its previous incarnation it went into sale. I have it and it’s a lovely lightweight dress but why do the material again in the same colour in another style when it didn’t appear to be that successful last time.

I see the linen swingy shirt has appeared in parchment, this might tempt me and also the tie front tank I think there was similar a few years ago but I would like it in a different colour. Overall I agree too much rehashing and a rather slavish adherence to the theme.

The coral skirt and top is wonderful @MiracleToast but very spendy. It’d be beautiful if the background colour suited your colouring. I don’t think I’d suit it.

Snowyowl78 · 04/05/2023 08:21

Do we think there is likely to be more stuff today? They haven’t officially released it yet it seems.

I saw that too, it’s gorgeous. However it’s not something I’d reach for. Still really lovely though

Some cute new things! My wish for the coral check fabric to come in women's has been answered, the shirt and shorts would make a cute set....

I also really like this top, but I balked at the price:

I thought the pattern looked familiar, and then realised I've seen the fabric before on etsy:

Now I wish I was more adept at sewing so I could replicate this top at 1/20th of the price!

Our Ink Asymmetric Collar Ikat Top is crafted from hand-dyed and handwoven checked ikat. It has side hem slits and shoulder corozo buttons.

So much sleeveless stuff! I know it's summer, but I definitely prefer a sleeve, even if it's a small one.

ilovecherries · 04/05/2023 12:30

I know over a year ago we tried to get a FB selling group up and running but it sort of fizzled out. IIRC part of the issue was the level of privacy people felt comfortable with. Anyway, having been horrified by the eBay fees on a toast dress I sold this morning, I decided to have another go. It’s called very imaginatively Toast UK Buy and Sell. Obviously only me there right now but feel free to join and I’ll have another go at getting one going. I use the Hush one a lot and have never had an issue either buying or selling so hopefully this will be the same.

AmethystMoonShine · 04/05/2023 15:29

I tried searching for it and it doesn't come up on my Facebook @ilovecherries .....am I doing something wrong? (probably)

faustina · 04/05/2023 15:36

I can't find it either @ilovecherries . It is something we need an invitation for?

No, you shouldn’t need an invite, several people joined already. Wait and I’ll get you a direct link though.

faustina · 04/05/2023 16:19

Thank you!

ilovecherries · 04/05/2023 16:19

Not sure why the funny url, not sure if that’s something MN does, but it does work.
