@Lola001 , I suggest you simply cover your entire torso with diamonds a la Queen Mary. They are very practical as they are wipe-clean.

This has made me laugh. (And splurt out my tea a little).
Sitting here, with poorly sick three year old (who incidentally is wearing a pink dress up tiara), scrolling through MN, thinking some wipe-clean diamonds may be just the ticket to get me through the day.
Do I get to choose any or are there some limits/ guidelines ladies? Or is it just ‘more is more’? 👑

I'm not a huge fan of that outfit but tbh, if DM readers hated it, my default setting is to love it. DM readers probably only like the primped perfect princess look for royal women, and can't handle a middle aged woman like Max who, shock, horror, sometimes looks like a normal human (albeit with spades of panache).

It’s not one of favourites I’m afraid, but Max somehow still carries it off stylishly.
The aquamarine bandeau is stunning! I’m not normally a big fan I’d aquamarine as it can look a bit like a dressing up set, but the symmetry and elegance of that one is beautiful.
The Greek parure- are they the Niarchos rubies? Or something else that I’ve missed? I love them! I don’t love the brown velvet headband it’s attached to though, that needs a double row diamond upgrade.

I love bandeaus. My favourite was the one Eugenie for married in but I like the aquamarine one too. Much more my style than the Cambridge lovers knot tiara.

I'm the same age as Max...trust me, she looks way better than I could ever muster.

The meander tiara is mine ladies. If Mary's Midnight Tiara is free perhaps I could have that too @Maireas I know it's not very blingy but I think it's just what I need to keep my hair out my eyes at Pilates. In which case I'm happy to lend out the meander on a Monday and Friday
