Can I see people's engagement rings please!

I need some inspiration.

I found a photo wearing the ring with my band. I like wearing two-tone jewellery so thought mixing up metals would be a good idea.

Absolutely love mine - husband picked it himself but did know I loved pear shape diamonds ❤️

My engagement ring is the top one. The bottom was my great grandmothers ring which I inherited x

There are some beautiful rings on this thread. I’m also impressed by all the beautifully manicured nails! Here’s mine. It’s a 1920s ring.

(not to self: sun block is for hands too and have your first manicure at 56 years of age 😬).

My new engagement ring. The middle Diamond is a Canadian Diamond. It’s supposed to be conflict free. Just received it Feb 7 so it’s very new to me and doesn’t fit yet on the right right finger. It’s getting fit as we write.

Love these threads! Everyone’s rings are so beautiful 😍 but some of them would benefit from a good clean - a bit of warm water and little fairy liquid, then get a kids toothbrush and scrub the back of the stone where all the dust gets trapped. You won’t believe the difference it makes!

Teeny tiny solitaire diamond, bought by my student husband when we were 20 and eternity with baguette cut diamonds and lots of tiny ones, bought as a gift after our second child was born. I've not seen another eternity like this one and I love it.

I don't wear my wedding band because I've lost 5 stone since we got married and with pregnancies etc in between I just haven't got round to resizing it yet. 10 years married in March.

I do a lot of crafts including crochet so I wanted one that was smooth so it wouldn't catch on things all the time. Eventually found this and I love it, had it over 10 years now. The picture isn't the best but it's 10 stones, alternating sapphire and fake diamonds.

Ceylon Sapphire and diamonds been on my finger 28 years now.

Deco cut diamond set with gold around it in a square on a white gold square edge cut band.
Had it made in Covent Garden. Wedding ring also square edged white gold.

There’s a dealer / designer there. You can pick the diamond and design your own ring.

This was 1998 though.

My GMs wedding ring with a platinum set diamond engagement ring which was designed to match in.

Just upgraded my solitaire! It has a diamond and sapphire wrap that goes with it but doesn't fit the new setting so I'm waiting to get that fixed.

Mine's very simple and not pure gold but great for every day wear. I have plenty of my own more precious/extravagant jewelry but this was picked out by my husband for his proposal (I never would have imagined that from him) so it makes it all the nicer.
