I am a bag addict but particularly love seeing well worn, squashy bag or backpacks (I also love seeing people 'in the wild' with their planners or diaries-am I sad?)
In the spirit of the 'show us your engagement ring' threads -anyone fancy a 'show us your bag' thread?

It’s not squashy at all, and not to everyone’s taste, but here’s my new Zatchels Sugarcube. I love it.

I love bags and have three I'm prescious about.

My new work bag, which I beg any woman with a laptop to get, it's roomy, beautiful and the company is owned by a single mom and she's worked so hard

It's vegan leather made using recycled plastics, wipe clean (even biro) and the thick strap means even when it's fully and heavy, it doesn't cut in. Also with this bag, and the black version, £10 is donated to Gingerbread.

I have a gorgeous Coach hand bag and a Ralph Lauren that I use when I'm not working

I love this sort of thing and my other love are vintage sequin crossbody bags used as an everyday handbag. The problem is I am a packhorse, I often have my diary, a book, my headphones, make up bag etc so I can never have a small crossbody despite trying many times!

I know it splits opinion but I love my neverfull for work. It's fits everything or nothing and I love it's look.

It reminds me very much of when I was in school and I had a collection of 'fancy paper' and my classmates used to trade pages of the fancy paper, so I get the appeal!

I had a backpack style bag that I bought from Debenhams (before they closed in Dublin) and I used it daily. It opened like a doctor's bag at the top so you could access the whole bag on the inside and it was big enough to take a laptop (almost essential now in a bag) but because I used it so often it was showing significant signs of wear, so I came on to MN and asked for advice.

This was the brand that was suggested to me and I love it.

It wasn't expensive (bought from Amazon, I would have bought local but they had nothing of this style/price in stock), it has handles so I can carry it like a bag and it has padded shoulder straps so I can use it like the backpack I was replacing. It also has a small zip pocket to the front and one on the back too and two external pouches (which means that when I'm heading in to the office, I can take a bottle of cold water with me and the condensation doesn't get on my laptop.
I realise that the pattern might not be to everyone's taste.

I'm very happy with it!

@PawPrintsInMyPansies and @JustFrustrated - what scale are your bags? I don't know by your photos if they are small or just far away 😆

I like your bag @cosmosforall, the only downside (if there is one with a LV bag) are the thin straps when the bag starts getting heavy. I need a decent thick strap.

@LookItsMeAgain it comes in 3 sizes, my bag is the Grande (biggest size 24cmx20cmx12cm).

Long story short: I love bags, and I love a bags in the wild thread.

Used to have loads (about 50), now have 10. Mix of higher end high street and designer/luxe.

Regret quite a few sales and will likely buy some of them back!

Will take a few pics when I can get around to it.

Love such threads. I have this fiorelli backpack. Fits a laptop and good for travelling. Recently bought a mulberry tote, a coach n a karren millen cross body camera bag which i use the most now.

I love bags so much I make my own! I am off to my bag making group on Saturday. Unfortunately, I don't have photos on my phone so will try to remember when I get home, to take a few photos!

I have this in the mustard colour. It is lovely and soft but I tend to save it for nice weather when I want to feel a bit more special rather than everyday functionality. I have quite a few Kipling bags of various colours, styles and sizes for everyday functionality as they are really hard-wearing.

I love looking in people's handbags. It reminds me of the feeling people say they have when they would look at their mums makeup . My mum never wore make up but i was fascinated by her organiser handbag. My secret pleasure is what's in my bag videos.
I also love it when you see a really well loved handbag in the wild. A colleague has an ancient leather flap over cross body bag that she has used daily for 25 years .

I haven't taken a pic of the actual bag as it's in the car. It has a banana, apple, orange in from earlier in the week 😬

Also tissues, purse, poop bags, lipstick and not much else.

I'm not really a posh handbag type hence the fruit probably rotting in there. But DH bought it for me at Xmas so I'm trying to use it! I can't fit my laptop or my lunch in it so I use my Anta shopper for that.

@Loafbeginsat60 that’s a nearly £400 handbag. It’s a little bit posh. 😄

I have the smaller version in tan. Fits a surprising amount in. Use it every day.
