All this Coromandel talk has had me reaching for that other choco-chouli, Notorious (RL). I haven't worn this in ages; it is an interesting scent.

Working my way through the Gallivant discovery set atm (present to myself after last payday).

SotD: Gallivant Tel Aviv -- liking this a lot although it feels like a mix of a few scents I like separately rather than a more rounded whole.

I remembered perfume today so SOTD is The Oud Affair. I love the honey note in it but I think I'm going to struggle to get through the FB as it turns out I dont love it as much as I thought I did.

SOTD Saltworks' Rock Rose from the discovery set - really enjoying testing them all!

@LadyOfTheCanyon mentioned honey notes so SotD is (vintage) Diva which is a gloriously dirty.

For anyone looking to do a bad thing, there is a tempting bottle of Burj Rose (MH) on the TK Maxx website today...

It's a gorgeous, deep, gothic for the lack of a better word rose with cinnamon and patchouli, not very sweet, but sort of spicy and a bit earthy, but very warm.

SOTN is Shalimar. 'Twas chilly out there today.

SOTD is Prada infusion d'ylang very beautiful soft scent. Perfect for summer and currently on notino clearance for £42

Just spotted Richard James Saville Row online at TK Maxx for £12.99. This comes in a light blue box and is not to be confused with anything else they sell called Saville Row. This is a lightish floral/leather aromatic and is a lovely thing to wear on a cool spring day. Marketed for men but not particularly masculine leaning other than a very slight hint of barbershop cleanliness.

Have just dug out my bottle. In the process I found my samples of Lady Vengeance, Vengeance Extreme, and for good measure, Citizen Queen.

I smell lovely and it is only 07.10

Sotd avon attraction again. Rather liking this beauty!
I went into town and tried some frags in M&S...I liked the pink pepper, velvet rose and sandalwood ones. I didn't buy any feels virtuous 😊

SOTD is Song for a Queen by Dear Rose, who have now apparently changed their branding to Roos & Roos. Anyway...another random sample, not unpleasant but a bit underwhelming. Some rather Germolene-y topnotes, not surprising really given that it's a mixture of jasmine and bergamot, which dries down into a pleasant vanilla / benzoin base. It's...nice enough.

Don't think I will be reaching for it again though, so into the will-ebay-this-one-day pile it goes!

Going to scrub and re-spray with something I know I love instead.

SOTD is No5. I don't think the blossom trees on our street will bloom this year, which is something I always look forward to, as the new young leaves are already starting to unfurl. Usually the blossom appears first, then falls like soft confetti before the leaves even begin to peek through. Maybe the cold nipped at the buds. 🌷

@IrisApfelRocks ooh, that Prada is currently sitting in my Notino basket. I might just pull the trigger and buy it.

SOTD has been JHAG Citizen Queen, and I got complimented on it.

This afternoon tried M&S Fired Sandalwood, which is very soft and warm. I'm actually really impressed with their fragrance lines and they are so well priced.

That Fired Sandalwood really is lovely. I like their Riviera Neroli as well.

I've just been browsing Brandalley and there's quite a few JHAG perfumes on at 40%+ off if people want any enabling.
