Is this dress ok for a first date?

I don't know why I've bothered to hide my face as if you know me you know me!

I got this website recommended and ordered this dress, they send the wrong colour as if orders blue. But I think the green is nice too!

Honest opinions on it for first date 😬

Look at yourself sitting down at a table. The top is fine if it stays in place, but make sure that it doesn't move and expose more as you sit down. You want to be able to relax and not worry about what your dress is doing if you move.

It looks great but maybe a bit much for a first date? I don't like the shoes though - would be better with heeled black ankle boots and a biker, maybe?

I disagree with the too much cleavage comments. It's sexy not trashy. You aren't spilling out of the dress or anything. It's not like you are going to the library or a parent teacher meeting.

The shoes are OK but if you have an alternative try them instead.

I agree on shoes, I'd wear black, burgundy or navy. But if you're set on the shoes, wear a bag to match as that way it will at least make sense.
