How does one apply for a vacancy, I wonder. LinkedIn hasn’t been of much help there.

I do like a bit of Erdem, TBH, I wouldn’t mind seeing more, but definitely not the shiny jacquard number that Kate wore.

And of course Tsar Nicholas II was also descended from the SHSGs.

It also seems that Anne is the sole British representative at the funeral. William and Kate are not attending but that seems a bit rude considering Constantine was his godfather.

You know looking at the court circular Anne, duke of Gloucester, and the Wessex family work much harder, certainly at this time of year. William needs a kick 🦶

I also think it’s pretty poor form of the U.K. royals not to have a more senior representation there. But seems to be consistent with how they usually approach the European royal events, as it’s normally the Wessex’s who get sent to these things.

It's very poor form that Charlie and Willy have not attended. Charlie seems to be on holiday at Balmoral, as he and Camilla were at church there yesterday.
Perhaps he's only going to do the fun King things, and ignore any serious Kingly duties.
