Liberty advent calendar opening thread 2022

I'm hoping others will join me to discuss liberty advent calendar. In line with other threads 0700 earliest for the days contents?

Ah, we’re back on track. This is why I wanted the calendar.

Todays Votary nutrient cream light 30ml would be worth £42 based on the retail price of the full price jar, so I’m excited to try it out. It claims to leave a matte finish which is one of the things I liked about the Venn cream we had on day 1. Total value of the products to date is £360.

Pleased with todays too. It will definitely get used. I tend to prefer a richer cream but any skincare is good with me!

I am pleased with today's, but will keep it for the Summer months as I know it won't be rich enough. One little niggle though with Liberty is that when I scan the card they gave with the calendar, it often links to the wrong products - today it's linking to the Votary richer cream.

I tried the cream this morning before going out for my morning run in the freezing cold and it really held up! Very pleased.

I love Votary, this is the first time I've tried a light cream from them and it's as fantastic as everything else they do. My skin feels so smooth and light.

I'll probably add miracle drops when I use it again tonight.

I am on a different advent calendar opening schedule so have been using a few days. I LOVE the votary cream, both on its own and even better mixed with a few drops of miracle oil

Its a plastic stopper with the rollerball in it. I just used a pair of long nosed pliers and prised it out gently so it didnt spill.

Very excited by todays - haven’t tried it yet but looks lovely!

I really want to know what the alternative opening schedule is 😂

I'm looking forward to trying this cream but I'm also going to save it until the weather's less arctic - I'm in Scotland on the coast and the wind is savage when I'm walking the dog on the beach in the mornings!

The Votary cleansing oils are lovely too - I used one this evening (with ANR and Murad's retinol moisturiser) and my skin feels so smooth.

I bought it ages ago when they came out. It has been a bit of a tough year and I got into crap habits of too much booze and too much junk food to deal with it and put on 5kg. So I jacked in booze at the end of the summer, bought the calendar as a treat for myself with the savings, and open a door every time I've shifted another 0.2kg. I'm still ahead of you all now but you'll overtake me by the middle of next week!

I tried the Sam mc knight hair mask yesterday and it's lovely.

Well this is a nice surprise today - I’ve wanted to try this brand as well.

Does anyone else have two things in today's drawer? Can't work out if it was a mistake or not as they're very unrelated. The drawer was really big though which made me double check...

Same brand though so I assume that’s why they’re together.

Very happy today, I’m a convert to the votary cream as usually creams end up making me greasy but this is perfect. I’m totally stealing the idea of a weight loss treat calendar for January!

Mine aren’t the same brand. Absolutely delighted today, it’s starting to make up for last week.
