Jenny Packham has written an interesting book on her life as a designer. No Royal secrets but plenty of details about the dresses she creates. I think this evening’s dress is her best ever for the Princess of Wales.?

Kate's skin is looking amazing, or she's changed her make up in some way.

Poor old Sophie looks a bit lack lustre there. It looks as though Charles won't be making Edward the Duke of Edinburgh after all, so perhaps Sophie is stuck with lower grade bling

She’s wearing a new-to-her diamond necklace that seems to have been a favourite of QE2 - she certainly wore it a lot in the last couple of decades- so I don’t think we can cross her off the list of people with access to the vaults just yet. 😀

If no one has the pawprint tiara I'd like to claim it for the dog. He rocks a paw print accessory and maybe he'll be less prone to roll in poop if I glam him up. Although I accidentally grabbed his "yup you stink" shampoo the other day and, honestly, my hair looked amazing after, so shiny!

Yes, Sophie's necklace and earrings look pretty heavy duty bling. Didn't HMQ give her that tiara? So she is bound to choose to wear it regularly or at least for the first state banquet post HMQ.

I saw a car picture of her but it didn't reveal much. Apparently she wore the Cartier Indian Tiara.

Anne will enjoy the Falklands, it is Spring there. And Im sure there are lighthouses.

An Art Deco brooch. Speculation that it might have been a birthday gift for her 40th in January as it was up for sale previously.

My DB was in the Falklands post war. He's mad on wildlife. The pictures he took of birds and sealife were astonishing.

I really love the POW's new Art Deco brooch.

CPV is in Nairobi, and has been joined by CP Haakon. I am not crazy about her dress but love these photos of them, especially the one where it looks like she's getting him onto the dance floor! Looks like they really enjoy one another's company which is nice to see.

With the state banquet excitement I missed Beatrice at an awards event in this Beulah London dress, which I rather like and is quite Kate-esque. The colour suits her a lot, though I thought she looked a bit tired here (unsurprisingly with a toddler at home).

I think Beatrice really dresses for her body shape now, she always looks lovely.

The dress on CPV seems appropriate for an event in Kenya, it is a nod to local colourful Kenyan dress. but it doesn't really do anything for her.

Beatrice looks great in that colour/fit. She does seem to have lost some weight as well though.

CPV's dress is Malina, according to NMR. But it certainly is Erdem levels of hideousness.
