Boden dress. Would anyone wear this?

Because I think this is not nice. It makes the lady look like a doily.

I'd wear that if it had a low neckline. Not as it is!

I saw this few hours back on another thread...n when I saw the title on your thread as boden dress..I thought it would be this. Hideous...

They have used the wrong model for this. This dress is best on someone with a much smaller chest. Or at least wear some kind or bra top that stops the fabric from gathering in the middle between her boobs.

I think it could look ok on a size 6-12 with no boobs

I also think that this dress needs heels. Not necessarily the ones shown with it on the model (at least not the tights!) but the first 2 'shop the look' suggestions at the bottom are dire. The green of the dress is quite drab. It shouldn't be paired with a neon pink flat, or any flat in my opinion

I think it’s pretty awful. Even the stylist had a hard time accessorising it. All the frills, the print on the dress, the cut. The eye doesn’t know where to look.

Boden has totally lost the plot- poor design, price and quality all round. Such a shame. I used to love Boden.

However, that sartorial crime takes the biscuit. It looks like Fanny from Ghosts saucy sex dress.

Many Boden dresses are horrible this season but this one has all of the things that I don’t like. As many people have said it would look a lot better with a very simple top half.

See I think someone like Florence in the Machine could totally pull this off - statuesque, long hair with fringe, bright lipstick. Or someone like SamCam.

I look like neither, would look like a total fright on me.

Wow awful even by Boden frumpy standards. Green colour makes model look like a Christmas tree. Boobs look matronly.

Aside from it being bonkers, surely that’s a dress that would go with little black ankle boots - no idea what they’re on with the footwear.

With the boobs, maybe they’re trying to show it has space for bigger ones, but it’s just making them look like they’re trying to escape.
