I'm also not a fan of Conman Shaman Durek I'm afraid. I saw that article in the Guardian about the public response in Norway. All that stuff about crystals sounds like a load of hocus pocus to me. Anyway, back to fashion!

Hello everyone, I thought of you all last week when I was in London. Saw the Crown Jewels - I was so excited to see them 'in the flesh'. Also popped into the Buckingham Palace gift shop to take a peek at the jewellery - rather a lack of tiaras to be seen! Was tempted by the gorgeous Christmas decs but at 25/30£ each, I just admired them!!

I'll play tour guide in Washington. Besides fashion, I know where all the best restaurants are.

Sounds great! I've only been to DC once before, and I absolutely loved it. The energy felt electric to me, though Obama was in the WH, so maybe that influenced my feelings.

I really don't like this style. The greens are all a bit off. I'd have a contrasting bag. And the coat looks too big.

She's really taken on colour blocking as a style of choice now. And not in a good way. Maybe she will progress to full Halliwell levels and choose one colour forevermore

Oh Kate. Ugh.

Green is one of my favourite colours. But this is just all kinds of wrong!! I’m afraid I get really grumpy at this sometimes...HOW HARD is it to just choose a maroon or burgundy jumper (for example) and a navy bag, or vice versa, instead of a horrific mix of non-matching greens!? I mean neither of those are exciting choices, it’s not like she’d be taking a great fashion leap...

Or at least, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, if you’re determined to wear green on green on green then mix it up a little with just one element in a different colour. Bag! Or (non-stiletto) shoes! With all that money at her disposal, too. I don’t know why I keep getting cross over it, though. It’s quite obvious that it’s never going to change.

Ugh I’m obviously in a bad mood today. Going to have to calm down with a cup of tea.

Two unmatching greens is fine. The coat and top just about work together. But that third green just ruins it completely.

And the shoes. The shoes ruin it.

Jakers Kate only wood nymphs look good in that colour combination. Mind you on a duck shoot she'd be invisible 😂

It’s either a dress or top and skirt - same colour throughout. Which means matching from head to toe. So why didn’t she mix it up with a coat in another colour? Sigh.

Okay so I lied on stopping it with the multiple comments.

The outfit underneath and the coat on top does work. I’d probably wear it too. But I just can’t understand... why, why, WHY with the matching shoes?? How bland and boring can you get?? And then, a completely non-matching bag! It just looks so odd.

I like the jumper dress. Could have looked gorgeous actually. As always with Kate...so near and yet so far.

I think her stylist is Natasha Archer. The bag is the worst.

Apparently it's a Hobbs coat - new season. Read the room and rewear one of your multiple green coats!

I don't think I need to say anything more about Kate's outfit as you've all already articulated my thoughts. That coat is very ill-fitting.

I'm watching the latest season of The Crown at the moment and loving the Diana fashion. Some of it looks strangely modern now that the 90s are back.

I can't wait to get started on it! I need my DP to go on a work trip so that I can watch it in peace.

Kate's dress is apparently Mango, so she surely deserves a bit of credit for going high street. Maybe she keeps a tab on this thread and sees how we all love it when Leti wears Spanish high street brands?

The coat is way too big on her though.

Meanwhile, Sophie has been out and about in a leather pinafore-type dress!
