I'm so behind with all my Christmas shopping this year, I don't think I'll even have time to twitch before the big day arrives! Plus, my decision making skills seem to have completely evaporated. I'm having so much trouble choosing the gifts - it's taking me way longer than usual. I'm determined to get it done by the end of the weekend though, not least because of last postage dates and the mail strikes. 🎁📃🎄

SOTD yesterday was Obsession. Today its Arabie.

Is anyone hoping for a perfume from Santa? If so which one?
I've gone a bit nuts with buying recently and am having to pull my finger out and sell some on that I don't wear.
Over the last few months I've somehow managed to buy Chanel deauville, shalimar tonka and that YSL intense one (name has slipped from my brain!) as well as a little mini of SL fleur d'oranger.
Oh god writing that all down really does make me sound like I have a problem.

I really wanted to like Arabie but it just doesn't work on me. The spices sort of ake me smell like I've been cooking curry. I think it must be my skin chemistry or something.

Which did you go for in your trio? I tend to get stuck. For some reason 3 blows my mind! I can choose 1 favourite generally but if I try and pick 3 I end up with 5 and can't make a decision at all 😆

@Pleasepleasepleaseno I was like that with Chergui - it smelled like hay on me, not warm and cosy at all. Skin chemistry is amazing, it's kind of wonderful that perfumes smell different on everyone.

Perfumewise, I'm hoping for a new bottle of Obsession from Santa. 🎅 I'm nearing the final few drops and it's something I could never be without at this time of year, its so perfect for Christmas. 🎄

No SOTD as yet, I'm chasing some new migraine medicine and it's like playing pass the parcel. 🎁 The amount of times I've rung the chemists and GP - you'd think I'd asked them to manufacture it themselves, by hand.

I know. I'm annoyed. If I'd known I'd have bought a back up bottle:(

I'm both eager and nervous for the new medicine. I'm hopeful it will work, but I always seem to get awful side effects from neuropathic medication that I'm worried I'll be like a zombie over Christmas and miss everything. 😔
Of course, on top of presents in the post, I'm now waiting for two pairs of prescription glasses. Goodness knows when they'll turn up. 🎁

SOTD Papillon Tobacco Rose

Todays perfume is London Poppy. not my absolute fave but i did get a compliment! I love the name too even though I am sure no poppy has a scent.

I like to have the name London included. Too often wherever we go there are American names. I do like the Rimmel ads about the 'London Look' though other Towns may be gritting their teeth!
