Fab post this afternoon - my Musk box plus my 4160 Tuesdays trio arrived. Now wearing Oakmossery and loving it.

Wear the perfume that gets you the most compliments @Thatsasmashingblouseyouvegoton - to make the other guests madly jealous of how good you smell! BTF sounds a good choice for that effect.

I’m trying a sample of MMM When the Rain Stops today. I was expecting it have that wet earthy smell you get after it’s been raining but to me it’s more aquatic and I can definitely pick up rose. I think if you like Sailing Day you’d like this.

SOTD is Youth-Dew, to kick off the Christmas season. I've been sitting curled up on the sofa watching Christmas movies! 🎅☃️❄️

Today I will mostly be supporting ds1 to write his essay which is due in at 3pm.

SOTD is the last of the 4160 Tuesdays trio, Red Queen. I like this too, more so as it develops. Altogether very pleased with the box.

He's just knackered. He's had a weird virus for past week which hasn't helped.

I bought a 100ml bottle of L’Air de Rien yesterday (the only size available – hope I don’t go off it!) Since I’ve become more interested in perfume I buy samples so I haven’t had a new full size for a few years.

Miller Harris have 20% off at the moment so I bought the discovery set for £24 then used the £30 voucher that comes with it on L’Air de Rien so I pretty much got the discovery box free and a bit extra off the 100ml!

Anyway, they have a 3 x 20ml set for £7 today so I've taken a punt 😊

SOTD JM Bluebell. I really like this but it lasts two minutes so my bottle has emptied very quickly. I bought it cheaply lightly used on eBay and don’t think I would pay for a new one.

I'm trying out MMM Music Festival this evening. I like it a lot, apparently it has notes of cannabis and leather (ooh!) it's nice and warm and I prefer it to BTF.

SOTD was JHAG Mad Madame, for a tricky day at work. It's my kick ass, means business fragrance. I have a feeling I might be wearing it tomorrow as well...
