This is edition 33 (!) of the long running perfumista threads.

Going through more samples. SOTD santal royal - OH came up, kissed me on the shoulder and said I smelled nice, so we'll call that a win I guess ;)

SOTD - 4160 Both Sides of Cloud. This is definitely my fave of the samples. When the sale comes along I'll be getting more of this, Sexiest Scent in the World Ever and also Meet Me On The Corner as a christmas present for OH as he's been enjoying the sample and it smells delicious on him.

I'm another that feels like I have a mild dose of long Covid. I'm still tired & breathless but I'm doing short gentle walks & I feel better after them. Dd1 also still feels tired from a couple of months ago.
Sotd is Cristalle for a chilly day here.

SOTD is Penhaligon's Luna - its quite citrusy but it kind of fits my chilly mood and morning. Love that scent - so refreshing in the summer and reminds me of icicles in winter.

@DeepDown12 welcome to Enablers' Corner  I like Luna, although I am still horribly bitter about Penhaligons discontinuing Lily and Spice, one of my all time favourites. There is a bottle going on eBay now for £300 If I had the spare funds I would actually buy it at that price, I love it that much!

Healing thoughts for all post Covid, or generally poorly people - this time of year is so crap for illnesses. Naps should definitely be taken wherever possibly, we should emulate our Floofy friends. @Judystilldreamsofhorses don't you have a gorgeous cat or am I getting mixed up? There are probably lots of gorgeous cats on the Venn Diagram!

I'm sorry I can't remember who possibly everyone encouraged me to get the PP Angels Share, but thank you, I adore it. Considering getting the wax melts to make my house smell gorgeous too. I also took a whirl on their dupe of Baccarat Rogue and unlike the original this smells nice on me. Over the moon!

SOTD is, naturally, PP Angels Share. I haven't actually got my autumn/Winter perfume bottles out yet (or my clothes, I'm really behind this year and was freezing the other day as my coats are all still stored!) I need to get organised. I feel the need for some vintage Obsession...

I'm now looking doubtfully at my lack of apostrophes in that post...

Lovely cat @SandrasAnnoyingFriend. Our two cats are the laziest animals ever, both currently asleep on beds. Our black girl cat would probably wear something witchy from Papillon or somewhere and the big fluffy boy cat would wear something gourmand (he’s very greedy).

SOTD is Mon Guerlain. I succumbed and bought a 30ml bottle from Escentual. I used my vanilla box credit and there was a 25% off fragrance offer, so it was practically free 😉

Any idea when the escentual vanilla box thing is live? And how do you access it?

Mine is a homebody, she has access to outdoors but mostly prefers to stay inside where she can curl up and doze somewhere warm and inconvenient like on top of the laptop, and keep an eye on the people, so hers would be a very cosy perfume (not sure what, maybe MM by the fireplace or something like that).

Hello, floofy! I do indeed have a very nice cat. Here she is doing some gymnastics on DP’s work chair. I think she would wear Byredo Bibliotheque. Sweet and a bit blowsy, but definitely packs a punch.

So I finally got Molecule in an advent calendar.

And I can't smell it. At all. 🤣🤣🤣

I thought I was going to love it but I found it quite hard work to wear. I'll try it again soon and see how I get on with it.
