Thanks for the Sezane tips @Sooverthemill, I have often wondered about the scratchiness of their knitwear. Some beautiful colours and designs but I can tell from the pictures that some of the pieces would be instruments of torture to me. Other Stories are similar in that regard. Maybe I am overly sensitive but I find it hard to believe that anyone can comfortably wear such things!

@Cardigansalltheway love your bracelets! Re itchy sweaters, I recommend wearing Uniqlo's heattech or airism tops underneath them if you are sensitive. I always wear heattech bra tops for added warmth!

I've got my half-zip fleece sweatshirt today! I dropped by "Freak's store" (what a lovely name ) on my way to the nursery and found what I was looking for. Looking forward to wearing it when it gets colder! Maybe I won't even need a coat in winter if I wear it.

Sounds like a mixed bag weather-wise today. It's warm and muggy here but overcast and very dull. My DM's have arrived and it's safe to say I love them. Warm, cosy and super soft and comfy. Now I can't wait to dig out all my cosy knit sweaters and for autumn to arrive.

@EllaPaella you have the cool, edgy look perfected. Love that sweater!

@EllaPaella it’s too soon for woolly jumpers Even though I’m knitting one! we have had approximately 10 minutes of rain ( yesterday) and it’s still humid and hot

Warm again here, I'm back in sandals. It's the last official day of school holidays so I'm at a trampoline park with DS and his friend - he's been asking to go all summer and we've just managed to fit it in on the last day! I'm quite looking forward to getting back into the normal routine next week.

Outfits from me: blue dress when I was in the office - Apricot; flowery dress - YAS and belt - John Lewis.

I've been thinking about how I can extend the flowery dress into autumn and I'm thinking tan ankle boots and a green jumper...might be a bit much, I may have a try on later 🤔

@Sooverthemill haha no I'm still in shorts and T shirts, was just trying on my autumn sweater with the boots yesterday. Beautiful warm day here, I don't think I'll be wearing the boots anytime soon!

@Wafflefudge they are M&S barrel leg jeans, I got them last winter and I think they are in the sale now.

Wow it’s humid here. Pottering about the house on a wee day off - love a good potter. Slip dress from All Saints, one of the many - I wear them all the time. Shoes are old and rediscovered while pottering!

I’m in Cape Verde. We have thunderstorms forecast, but so far today it is sunny.

Thank you Ellapaella had quick look on m+s site there are White stuff barrel leg jeans but they don't do different leg lengths. Thank you though.
Have got some flares and wide leg jeans but was looking for some straighter loose ones but not many shops where I live and they don't tend to stock shorter leg either.

@Wafflefudge Jigsaw and Levi's do a barrel leg jean, might be worth a try.

Off out for a few drinks with friends tonight; Top is so old I can't remember where it's from, Blazer from Vinted, Jeans Next and Sandals are La Redoute. Hope you all have nice plans for the bank holiday.

@Wafflefudge they're M&S brand not white stuff. When I visited a real life store last week there were tons available all sizes and lengths

The M&S barrel leg jeans that I have aren't on the website anymore, I just looked and couldn't find them. There are other ones but they aren't the ones I have.
