@Softpebbles I had a styling session last year with a stylist as I was feeling frumpy (such a waste of money) and was told to wear v neck jumpers because I have a large chest. She told me to avoid high necks and polo necks which I love. Like you I just feel even more frumpy in v necks, I actually think they make me look even more matronly if that makes sense. Sorry I cant be of more help but just wanted to let you know that I know what you mean.

SoftPebbles I'd wear a jumper like that over a collared shirt in the depths of winter for warmth and wear it with smart jeans or trousers. Wearing it with joggers looks all wrong. It's also plain black and a little boring IMO, a shirt, especially one with something interesting about the collar instead of plain white, would brighten it up

wide Leg joggers today from m and s worn with platform cons. Swapped my jumper from the black v neck to the sweaty Betty grey hoody.

I know v necks are meant to be good for those with boobs but I feel that v neck jumpers like the black one just make me feel frumpy. What am I doing wrong 🤦‍♀️

Excuse the mess. I’m meant to be sorting those boxes!

Today I'm wearing the cardigan to end all cardigans - bought for working from home during winter in lockdown, I end up wearing it most days on top of whatever I've got on when working from home between end of September to April. So a v useful buy indeed.
