Arrived in Cyprus after a bit of a delay but not to bad just waiting on the coach.

This traveling outfit worked for the Hot cold Hot cold that seems to happen in airports and on planes. Think I'd wear a slightly thicker shirt next rather than one with holes in!

it’s cooler but we still haven’t had rain. Feels weird wearing jeans, like when you put uniform back on after weeks of school holidays!

I've just discovered that from now on we are allowed to come to the office wearing sneakers, jeans, "busy" prints, t-shirts etc. Can't believe this is not a drill! Looks like it's time to show off my Boden part of wardrobe, I'm sure everybody will be delighted to see them!
Today I'm wearing yet another simple t-shirt & shorts for nursery run with the baby carrier. T-shirt bought somewhere in Okinawa, shorts are from Uniqlo.

It is A-level results day, and I had a very nervous wait whilst DD disappeared off to college for over an hour. But all is well - she got A A B and is off to her first choice university in September.

I've had 3 outfits in one day today.

Spent most of the day well 6 hours at the pool and I can confirm that Nivea Dry touch is not as effective as Boots once sunscreen everyone got burnt even though we kept in the shade put it on regularly, teach me to give in to all the moaning about sticky suncreams!

I like that it is cotton lined. Yesterday skirt monsoon, top whistles.

Well we haven’t had rain. None forecast either. We are the driest county traditionally.

yesterday I packed up a ton of summer clothes I’ve not worn this year to go to be sold. Very cathartic

It looks like it rained overnight. And it is actually feeling less humid this morning. I need to get my act together and try on some clothes so I can decide which ones to keep and which ones to send back. And get on top of the laundry as we’re going on holiday next week.

@Greyhairwarmheart - good luck to your DC starting university. I’ll be in a similar position: DD at uni and DS at boarding school, so no children at home during the week.

Golly it should have been Friday days ago! Knackered. WFH today just counting down to 5pm. Slip dress and long shirt dress over it are All Saints. Flats are from Anthropologie.

Yet another day of wearing something boring. I’m sooo getting dolled up for the weekend grocery shopping.
I feel that my mood often gets affected by what I’m wearing, and not being able to wear what I want because of having to use the baby carrier is not very fun. Don’t really like my look these days!
Btw what do you ladies think, do these shorts look like they are too small for me? Top is obviously too long and probably meant to be tucked it, but I just don’t like showing upper part of these shorts, the button looks like it’s fighting for its dear life, and hip area is all suspiciously wrinkly as if the shorts can barely accommodate my hips. In reality I have plenty of space in the waist area and the shorts don’t feel tight at all, but they look like they are?
