If you take vitamins…what do you take?

Just being nosey & wondered what (if any) people take?

I’m thinking should I be taking something as I don’t atm.

I take co- enzyme Q10 (allegedly good for migraines, just started taking it so can't say if it works yet). I also take high strength vitamin D and Vitamin B6.

I take Berocca, multivitamin, omega 3 capsule, Imedeen prime renewal and vit D3 in winter.

I thought glucosamine had pretty much been proven no better than placebo? I do take collagen, though, more for the joint benefits than skin as it's proven to get into the bloodstream.

biotin for hair and nails. Collagen for skin. Cod liver oil for joints. Vit D because I am not a sun worshipper. Vit B12 for energy. I used to take a multi vitamin but I'm averaging about 8 a day fruit/veg now so I've let that one go.
