Thanks for the lovely welcomes! Today I bit the bullet and wore my vintage Lara Ashley from eBay (£8!!!) I love it, it's so flattering and well made.

I was in a tube this morning but when I realised it was about 20C cooler than yesterday I changed!

Was planning a wardrobe clear out to see what to sell on Vinted today but ran out of time - and probably have to catch up on some work tomorrow and will have the kids all day as it's Father's Day so don't think I'll have time then either. But my wardrobe is absolutely stuffed 😄

Changed into shock horror a Boden dress yesterday to do the house work and obviously had to take a picture!

Been shopping into Oxford today with DD she got some bits from Primark we were looking for swimwear but the choices were very limited so have decided to try online.

@EllaPaella and @Sooverthemill - Thank you for your responses , I decided to return the blouse after all, the print looks amazing but the sleeves could be more “smart”, I think. I couldn’t love them, however if I see the blouse again on the upcoming sale, I might give it another try, who knows!

I’m not sure I’d class 26 degrees for one hour on Friday evening o ‘heatwave’ but the thunder and lightning storm at midnight certainly helped the garden…
had planned a picnic and vineyard tour ( we have lots locally) but DD had such a sh*t day yesterday I’ve decided not to mess up her routine but might pop out for a hour later. In other news, DS’s new pizza place was a sell out!

yes I searched for one specific thing and got it! Helped by another dreadful nights sleep that meant I was up at 5.15. I didn’t waste time on trawling. There will be another Sézane archives drop in a few weeks. I have this in black and love it so got the white as well ( tried last year full price but sold out). I also hit the Boden sale for a couple of things.

@Sooverthemill this is a fabulous dress, congratulations!
I've got yellow silk dress & this pink jumper. I was also looking at the long white dress, but thought it's getting too expensive already, so I should give it up.
Overall I got an impression that tops and knitwear were gone in a blink of an eye, as well as accessories, while bottoms and dresses are still very much there.

Love all the Sézane purchases - good work ladies! I've been so badly burnt with their customer service in the past that I refuse to shop online with them any more. May pop into the London store if I get down over the summer though.

Didn't post yesterday as we spent most of the day at a bbq (hence burger on knee) but I wore this dress from Next. We were really lucky with the weather and had a lovely day.

Popped in here after a few days off - everyone looking awesome! Was going through my Holding Clothes (a suitcase of stuff I haven’t chucked yet and might keep), and found this silk top from Iris and Ink. A bit of an impulse buy yonks ago, but think it works with the All Saints slip dress. Uggs on my feet yet again!

I've just started a year-long no buy for clothes (and skincare and make up - replacements only). It's going to be challenging for me so I'm trying to avoid temptation which this thread definitely provides lots of! But it also gives lots of inspiration and ideas on outfits to put together from what I already have which I'm hoping will help me when I want to shop (which I inevitably will). Wish me luck!

@toucaninjapan I have that pink jumper in 'sand'. I love it! Tempted by the pink but do not need it. I did look again earlier and that long white dress is fab but I only need one white dress and it's so long I'd need it taken up.
@WestrayWife they've really sorted out customer service recently. DH dropped a returns parcel off on Friday at 2pm and I got the refund this morning. It's really fast now.

Took DH for lunch I really felt the need for an afternoon nap too!

Gosh I absolutely love Sezanne but out of my price range at the moment. Whenever I check it out online I want the vast majority of their clothes. I think it might be where my well put together alter ego shops. In reality I’m in ill fitted jeans & last seasons oversized top 😂

Aside from a quick visit to see my Dad yesterday, it’s was a relaxing day in so I just wore a grey leggings/hoodie set from Boux Avenue.

Back at work today in the office & the weather is confusing me so I’m wearing:
