C'mon who's still loving skinny jeans?

I look good in them, make me look so much better than wide legs and baggy jeans. It can't be just me. Surely?

The problem with looking current is that round here you would still look current in skinnies because most people are still wearing them.

Being 'current' on MN usually translates to dressing like people's tall, thin 17 year old daughters. A game I have no interest in whatsoever.

joking aside, there's a lot of fear of looking dated on here, when often those very items are making a comeback. I don't really think skinny jeans went out of fashion. To think that might be an error - because what seems to typify the time we live in now is that anything is in fashion, regular trends have been replaced by micro trends which move very very fast.

I never wore blue skinny jeans in the first place. Always slim fit, and still do.

I wear black skinnies and that won’t be changing any time soon.

I know what shapes suits me, so I don’t follow fashion trends when it comes to jeans.

I put on a pair the other day after wearing combat trousers or bootcut jeans for the last 6 months and they were so uncomfortable, I've sent them off to the charity shop. At least leggings are comfy.

@LivingDeadGirlUK I bought the Asda denim look leggings after reading about them on here and can confirm they are comfortable. I can't wear proper skinny jeans (or anything tight). They're not going to win a style award but I'm really liking them with a loose top.

I only own skinny jeans. They suit me and I will not be parted from them! Also I’m outside a lot and they are great with wellies.

My teen dds are wearing flares which look fab on them.
