Anyone notice how quickly Kate wslks with William when you look at footage not sure if it's because he's a fast walker or its for security reasons

Whatever the reason her gowns move beautifully with the fast pace

I think I'd style Mathilde in a similar way to CPV.
I've tried to attach a couple of looks, but can't get it to work for me, argh!
One was a beautiful black fading to white coat dress and another was a stunning one shoulder evening gown in sea green. Both beautiful.

Mathilde is tall, with lovely long legs - all her height is in her legs though, she has a very short torso. I think she looks great in column dresses, trousers without a visible waistband, and dresses/tops that skim over her actual waist. I think all of these examples are great on her (she has some lovely column formal even wear gowns too). The main thing I wish she’d do is update her hairstyle a bit!

She is only 49! But dresses like a dowager Queen. Very like former a Queen Beatrix.

Those three photos of her are gorgeous! Those red trousers are fab. She has an amazing figure and it is nice to see she can look modern.

The black-floral outfit (is it a jumpsuit?) looks amazing on her. I love that.

I met Mathilde once about 7 years ago at my DS's school (we lived in Belgium at the time) and she was very friendly and lovely with the children. I thought she looked less dowager-esque in the flesh so to speak and slimmer too.

As has been pointed out on these threads before, Mathilde has looked 49 since she was 29. And she'll prob still look 49 when she's 69!

I like the green sandals paired with that red outfit. Unusual but it works. For me Mathilde's stand out contribution to fashion has been Mask Matching. Nobody went to greater lengths to match their mask to their outfit!

I would dress her in a similar style to Grand Duchess Stephanie of Lux, mother of thread mascot baby Prince Charles.

Seeing those photos, I can't believe how much more youthful and stylish she looks compared to the pant suit! I actually didn't think the pant suit was the worst thing ever, but I was going on the assumption that she hadn't updated since the 70s!

Love the cut of the red outfit, and the matching mask!

Leti always looks good in red but she looks somehow different in those photos. I think maybe she's tweaked her face a bit?l and it hasn't yet settled?

I think Leti looks much older in these photos than she normally looks. She is allowing her grey to show. V glamorous still but definitely looking her age (which is fine).

I think it’s rather charming Charles and Leti are doing a joint engagement. Like Kate did with Princess Mary a month ago or so.

Longer now, and definitely a different style.

I just love Leti's outfits. She is so stylish.

Leti looks great, and yes, it's definitely the hair that's making her look different. A combination of the style, all pulled back from her face, and some greys showing, as hels said.

Lovely to see the interaction between her and PC, and nice that there are big crowds there to greet them.

I think it's more than the hair with Leti. Definitely some face tweaking.
I'm surprised she is embracing the grey.
