I need talking out of getting this dress

I've seen pictures of this dress popping up everywhere (probably because I clicked on it) and now it's reduced! I like the style, the colour palette and the length. I think I like the pattern. I'm not sold on the sleeves. Do you like it? I shouldn't get it, should I? I don't exactly need any dresses and I think I am falling prey to social media marketing algorithms.

You don't need this dress. It's very expensive, and I really don't think it's that spectacular for the price. No.

I think you should buy it and get it over with. I suspect you'll be returning it. It looks well in the photo but I suspect it wont be the same in real life.

I have quite a few Oasis clothes from before they went to online only, and I can't understand how their prices seem so much higher than they were when they had stores and I'm not willing to pay that much for Oasis.

You could think of the environmental cost of buying cheap fast fashion that you don't need.

i think its lovely, i would not wear it as im far too heavy on top. If you have the figure go for it, will take you into spring with boots, cool summer days with sandels.

I don't like it but people often comment on my odd taste so who am I to judge!

Well it arrived... and it's going back! I think the model must have been shorter than regular models as it is shorter on me than the model (I am 5'5) and also the sleeves are way poofier than in their image, so I think they must have pinned them. I don't think I will buy anything again from Oasis unless they post reviews. I actually liked the shirring but the poster who said the waist is too high was right! If it was a couple of inches longer I think it would have looked a lot better. If it had been, and also a few inches longer in length I might have kept it and done something to alter the sleeves. As it is, there's too much wrong with it :(

I wouldn’t buy it as I think that stretchy ruffled material isn’t flattering weight wise and the sleeves look lovely but likely uncomfortable.

hivemindneeded me too, I’m dying to change the tights and style it. It’s really cool.

I’m not a fan.. the length is very meh. Save your money for something that you feel amazing in.

I like the look of it but the will be unflattering and uncomfortable with all that shirring.

On the plus side you have a lovely figure and excellent posture!
Try Oliver Bonas, they often have good detailed reviews. People giving their height and size and saying what is right/wrong with something.
