Hope it’s ok to have started the thread as we seemed to run out of the last one a bit quickly! And I was really enjoying the thread and reading everyone’s thoughts.

I started reading the first one determined not to buy one this year.

Currently I have the Rituals one and have just ordered the Origins 12 Day one for the 12 days of Christmas!

Let the chat and decisions continue!

Regarding sorting and sorting like others I have my stash sorted into bags of cleansers, toners etc. Now that travel is back on the cards I will use them up that way.

@MrsMcCluskeysCat I checked yesterday morning and apparently it was loaded on to the truck for delivery. At 6pm it hadn’t arrived and at that point on the Hermes site it was just saying at the depot, nothing to say it had gone out. Then I woke up to the email from cult this morning claiming delivery.

As I didn’t authorise a safe place I am hoping I have come back if they are adamant it was delivered. No photo of it apparently in the safe place either.

At the time they apparently delivered I was sitting in the front room eating my dinner with the curtains open and a clear view of the outside front door!

I hope you manage to get it sorted, I'm going to wait and see if it turns up today but if it's not here by 4pm I will start chasing.

Fingers crossed yours arrives OK @MrsMcCluskeysCat. Apparently CBs customer service leaves something to be desired if there is a problem. I will be kicking off all over their social media if it doesn't get sorted quick!

My CB advent went missing with the courier last year and CB were really good about it and sent me a replacement. Hopefully those who are having problems with them this year will be ok too

Yes but they looked into the tracking further and it wasn’t actually delivered

Wondering what your thoughts are on me doing a chargeback for Liberty. I paid on American Express. First time it came with all the contents stolen, second time the replacement came with some boxes empty.

Just exhausted by it and whilst they say they'll send out the missing items it's shoddy service.

Oh thats crap @suburbanhousewine. At the very least I would expect all my items plus a decent discount after all the hassle you have been put through.

It puts such a dampener on things. A Fable Heart order for my daughter has arrived today which is beautiful has cheered me up Smile. Can't wait until Christmas to give it to her now!

I would. In my experience Amex tend to be pretty sharp on this sort of thing so it shouldn't be a hassle.

And you can tell Liberty that if they want what there is of the calendar back they can collect it - I wouldn't go to any bother for them.

You’d think they’d check it before sending out! Unless they did and it’s an issue with the delivery provider.

My CB AC hasn't arrived either. It was with my local Hermes depot on Saturday and due to be delivered then. CB site says it was due to be delivered yesterday. After last year's Lookfantastic debacle I am concerned. I've emailed CB. It's not even possible to ring them anymore.

Second time was their fault at quality check and they agreed it was a warehouse error.

I think I deserve a discount so will chargeback and if they counter I will say I want money off. It's such a dampener as I saved for this treat and was so excited.

Was excitedly waiting for my cult beauty calendar to arrive yesterday but it didn’t. However, I then woke up this morning to a message claiming it was delivered at 7.32pm to my safe place. It hasn’t, I was in anyway and I haven’t authorised a safe place! Waiting for live chat to open now and hope they sort it out Angry.

Check you bins! That is where Hermes have apparently delivered mine! I'm away at the moment and requested online for it to be delivered to my neighbour. Hope it's still there when I get back...

There is no delivery photo which I think is the giveaway! I just had an H&M order delivered and the photo was available immediately. I asked my (lovely) regular Hermes driver and she didn't have anything for me yesterday. I don't think it left the depot.

Those of you having issues with CB, if you don't receive within a day or two, I would take to twitter. It's much more effective than email, chat etc.
