Beauty Advent Calendars 2021 Thread 3 - Decisions Decisions! (Spoilers included)

Hope it’s ok to have started the thread as we seemed to run out of the last one a bit quickly! And I was really enjoying the thread and reading everyone’s thoughts.

I started reading the first one determined not to buy one this year.

Currently I have the Rituals one and have just ordered the Origins 12 Day one for the 12 days of Christmas!

Let the chat and decisions continue!

Regarding sorting and sorting like others I have my stash sorted into bags of cleansers, toners etc. Now that travel is back on the cards I will use them up that way.

Oh @Offredismysister - that is a shame although I’m secretly relieved as that’s probably the one i might have been most tempted to give in and order at the last minute.

The No 7 calendar has just been released at Boots if you want one. They sell out super quickly. I've bought one for my dd.

I've had an email from Feel Unique: they have £20 off their advent calendar till midnight Sunday with code ADVENT20. Takes it down to £99 if anyone was considering that one.

Hmmm... F&M says 'currently' out of stock. Not sure whether that means that they are planning to restock. I wish that companies would be clearer.

Liberty is still in stock at the moment so obviously not as popular as previous years. Wonder how long it will stick around....

I don't know why but I hadn't looked at Feel Unique before now but I actually quite fancy it, there's a good few things in there I know I will enjoy using a few I've been wanting to try. DH is desperate to know what I want for my upcoming birthday so I might ask him for this.

I have just ordered it using the code for my dear friend who has three very small children and who never spends money on herself. I forgot her birthday recently and felt awful so hopefully this will make up for it as a joint birthday and Christmas present. Added a glitter eye stick to make up the price of the free gift as well.

It's a fantastic deal MrsMcCluskey...the perfumes look good in the little freebie. I am tempted by Feel Unique myself and might get it too (have a Prosecco chilling in the fridge🤓) for myself...I think I would give everything in it a go. Even the chin mask....I'll try anything at this point.

Is Paul and Joe the cats one? Is their stuff good then? I always thought it looked so cute and pretty but wasn't sure if the quality matched up. Maybe I will get it too.🤔
Yes it is. I like their stuff, but then I love cats and anything Kawaii. I’m 49 years old and really should know better. Blush

I think the Feel Unique GWP might have sold out. It’s now coming up in my basket when I go to checkout and I’ve got we’ll over £100 in there.

It could just be me being a bit dense, but I’ve got the calendar and a few other bits in my cart and I presumed it would add the GWP automatically, but it hasn’t.

Ooops I accidentally put yesterdays Boots email in the virtual bin so missed the early release of both Calendars but at least I didnt have to dither about which one to get as only the cheaper one is still available so I just bought that as it's full of items I like so thats a bonus.

I've refilled my JL AC from last year with left over items I still want to use but havent got round to so I'm happy.

Obvs I'd love each of all the ones like CB, Liberty, Harrods, Space NK, JL etc wouldnt that be delightful, but sadly no.

Who knows I might even buy the JL AC again like I did last year when it came back into stock but I really do have so many products that I like and need to use up I dont want them all to do out of date.

I have only H&B at the moment. It seems I got allergic to my previous products and vary to try anything new. I only get another calendar if JL or LF gets reduced.

Yes. The beautiful cats! Lippie is amazing and the skincare is great as well.
