I’m hoping I’ve been here long enough to be allowed to start the new thread. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s outfits as we move into my favourite fashion season.

I have a question for all you DM owners - do they come up big or would you say they’re true to size? I’ve found a pair of black Aimilitas online but have quite wide feet - wondering whether to take the plunge!

I have the Aimilitas - I’d say they’re true to size. I don’t think they’re especially narrow. They’re the most comfortable DMs I’ve ever owned - I love them. I think @EllaPaella and @toastfiend also have them.

I have the aimilitas, my feet a size 4.5-5 and quite wide, and I have then in a 4. Plenty big enough with room for a thick pair of socks. I do find the red slightly smaller than the black though for some reason 🤔

@PalacePaper That’s strange! The ones I’ve just ordered are a dark chestnut brown with a tweed lining. They don’t seem to make the Amilitias any more so I will make these ones fit even if I have to wear 3 pairs of socks and insoles 😂

Gosh! Many opinions. I think I'm keeping the ecru and returning the khaki but I'm going to wait for my other order so that I can compare.

@MamaOdie I have the Aimilita's as well, they are really comfy but the leather is a lot softer than the traditional ones. I had a classic pair but sold them on ebay, they look a long time to break in. They definitely stretch a lot and some styles are narrower than others (pascal are no good for high instep).

Delurking to say that I love watching what you are all wearing, it’s a fabulous source of inspiration! Not brave enough to post myself (yet).

I have the DM Amalita’s and they are indeed true to size and comfy. Waiting on an M&S Jaeger camel coat to turn up - that’s my latest purchase.

My worst kind of day today, clearing out spare room to properly turn it into a WFH space for DH. I hate doing stuff like this unless I’m allowed to Chuck/donate everything. It’s full of kids memorabilia which I’d get rid of ( we still have the kids in adult form) but apparently we also need their beloved stuffed horse/first essay/ painting. Ditto 1500000000 photos of them in school play/riding a bike. Urgh

Morning everyone. My planned trip into our nearest city with DD has changed to a trip to a drive through testing centre as she has been coughing all night  At least I can still go to sainsburys for some treats to have with strictly later.

Welcome @DazzlePaintedBattlePants. I remember how nervous I was about posting photos when I first joined these threads. I persevered and now I don’t really worry about it at all!

I was all set to have a dungaree day when I remembered this jumpsuit! I definitely have too many clothes.
