I’m hoping I’ve been here long enough to be allowed to start the new thread. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s outfits as we move into my favourite fashion season.

Productive morning! Cleaned and put away in their boxes all my summer sandals except my Eva Birkenstock's. I have to accept summer has gone. But today seems warm ( not yesterday)
Blouse: mango (old)
Jeans: Levi 501 via eBay
Shoes: Aldo

Plus photos of new Sézane jumpers. I'm not 100% certain yet. Like the cream one better than I did yesterday ( more time to try in) and wonder how much I'd wear the khaki although I love it. I think both look better with light wash jeans ( yesterday I tried with the darker Agolde I was wearing)

@Sooverthemill I have fallen out of love with Sézane big time - I had a problem with the order I received at the start of September - still not resolved and now my return is over 14 days late and they've just said "be patient". Very cross and close to setting up a PayPal dispute with them. Has REALLY put me off ordering from them again.

But anyway. Very mild this morning (16 degrees?) but wet.

What do you think? They are wonderful quality, 100% merino and a really good price for that ( though still expensive). They will last. Keep or return? I have changed my mind more this morning and you are just helping!

I like the darker green one more than the white - it's a bit too bright white for me personally? They both look warm and comfortable though.

@Justonedayatatime11 well done on the weight loss. I fluctuate so badly due to hormones, I feel like I’m fighting a losing battle. I have just ordered my Valverde boots 😁

Re the jumpers @Sooverthemill if you really loved them you wouldn’t be asking. I prefer the cream and how it fits but I don’t think they are anything really special if you know why I mean and therefore for the price they probably need to go back. 🙃

It’s warm and overcast here. Final day of annual leave before I go back to the office on Monday, so still hanging out in comfortable, casual clothes.

@Sooverthemill - I think I agree with @20FlowerPower. I prefer the khaki one to the white one. But I may be biased by the fact that I’m on the lookout for a khaki jumper.

They are growing on me @Softpebbles but also I like the hive mind! Funnily enough @OublietteBravo I assumed I'd prefer the khaki. The white is actually clotted cream

@Sooverthemill I agree with @Softpebbles if you really loved them you wouldn't ask - you've got such a good sense of your style and what you like to wear so I say only keep if you're sure. Maybe reflect for another couple of days, if you're reaching for them and want to wear them then keep.

New dungarees! Haven't tried on footwear yet, going to try DMs and trainers. Very different for me, but I like them

Morning people, some lovely ensembles to see.
Warmish here this morning (SW). I'm having a fat day so am wearing an ankle-length, long-sleeved navy tiered dress with large white polka dots from M&S. It has a round neck and gathered cuffs and covers all manner of sins. I'm wearing navy leggings and brown leather short boots from Linea. Most of my clothes are from charity shops as I'm quite environmentally conscious (and on a budget). However, the dress was a sale purchase earlier this year.
I'm a bit shy about posting pictures!

@PalacePaper - I love the dungarees. Where are they from? Are they Hush?

I’ve been quite impressed with the A/W offerings from M&S this year. There are several things I like the look of. Although I’m trying to make a little pot of money via eBay before buying anything else.

@20FlowerPower I've heard terrible things from other people but I always get my orders 2-3 days after ordering ( except Brexit week) and refunds often in day I take it to collect plus ( I what's app photo of receipt when I have it). I've never had any issues whatsoever except when they kept sending me personalised by someone else T-shirt's and eventually someone picked one up from the actual shop. I like the quality ( I tend to only buy natural fabrics) and their efforts at sustainability ( no one is perfect ). They are similar for me to Baukjen which are also expensive high street . I will keep buying for sure when I like something

I've been enjoying M&S too lately. What do you all think of this as an outfit to wear out tonight? It's quite summery here today and the usual dress and chunky boots feels a bit too wintery. Does it work? Please be honest. Just going to a local restaurant nothing too dressy.

Yes my sandals aren't done up..
I don't feel I can get my going out outfits quite right this time of year. Sandals feel too summery but boots feel too over the top!

Thanks soover. Dresses are so easy for wearing out without having to think too much but I am a bit bored of wearing the same thing all the time.

Just had a mooch around in town. OMG - what happened to Next? There was nothing at all worth looking at in the entire store. They seem to have completely lost their way. (Did they swap buyers with M&S?)

It's not even on my radar these days @OublietteBravo except for kids clothes and even then they never have a full range of sizes in stock which is so annoying!

They seem to have become more of a 'catalogue' as they sell loads of brands online now, maybe that's their emphasis nowadays

Today I’m all in black, black long sleeved top, black skinny jeans, gold chain necklace, black and gold belt, black wool blazer and chunky black ankle boots. I even have a black knotted Alice band on my head. Black is the new colour haha
