I’m hoping I’ve been here long enough to be allowed to start the new thread. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s outfits as we move into my favourite fashion season.

Great dress @AnnieSnap where are you, lucky thing?

The second boots are JL but I think I'm keeping the chunkier black ones. It's a tough decision but the Biden ones are more comfortable and I am hoping to wear them tomorrow if we get to go out for coffee. Have to try to cram in at least once a week for them.

@rockyV thanks also for your comment re my hair, it's very kind and unexpected as I've always disliked my hair a bit - it's quite fine and goes greasy/limo exceptionally quickly! Growth wise, I struggled a lot in the past as it would always go straggly, but ended up having quite a drastic haircut and getting a long Bob after I had DS. It seemed to 'reset' my hair a bit and it's grown quite quickly ever since, although I still get it trimmed quite a bit shorter when I go to the hairdressers to take off all the wispy ends as that seems to help with keeping it long for me.

Everyone is looking great, as ever. I love the colour of your dress @Anniesnap. Those Boden boots are AMAZING @Sooverthemill.

I don't know why but I'm obsessed with coats all of a sudden this year. I've spent my life being totally unbothered by them and just sticking with one leather jacket and one coat (usually a cast off of my DM's) but this year I just keep buying coats and jackets. Goodness knows why when it's the mildest Autumn ever. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Damn the photo limits, no good for disorganised posters like me who post all in one go... 😂

I've also got a new dress for a wedding in December. I've been struggling a bit as I'll have DS in tow and DH is in the wedding party so unlikely to be able to help toddler wrangle much and I wanted something that felt special but that I could chase around after DS in. DM found this one and I'm really pleased with it. It's super comfortable, too.

I'm wondering whether the red boots are OK with it. I did try my tan F&F Rockinghams on but they didn't feel special enough and, I felt, looked a bit bland with it. I'm worried the red boots clash with the coat, though!

Coat - Fendi, I think it's older than me. It was my DM's but she no longer wears it, which is fortunate for me because it's the only way I'm ever going to own Fendi anything... 😂

Jeggings H&M, blouse boden. We went out out last night but no photo as dh had car trouble and we ran late! I wore a purple Calvin Klein dress (old from TKMaxx) and a phase eight cardigan.

We didn’t go out, torrential rain combined with me hardly sleeping made it pointless. Maybe next weekend

Wow so many posts! Too many to comment on but everyone's looking great as usual  I particularly like your dress @toastfiend, perfect for a winter wedding.

I was lucky with one of our local charity shops yesterday - I found a beautiful brown suede skirt from Boden for £7.50! It's a perfect fit, I love it.

Leather-look leggings M&S (not very happy with the quality as the coating has already peeled a tiny bit after one wear)

Worn with DMs. When I got dressed it was torrential rain, now the sun's out so I'll probably be too warm when I go out later 🤦🏻‍♀️

I absolutely love your wedding outfit @toastfiend. It’s such a fabulous look.

I missed posting yesterday because I was out out. I had to collect DS from PGL, and then we finally went to the theatre to see the play we were due to see in May 2020. I did take a photo though.

Today I have to deal with the laundry mountain and keep a weather eye on DS’s revision. I’m wearing a pair of cords that I bought on impulse in the sale, and which are proving to be surprisingly versatile. Despite being pink!

@PalacePaper I’ve just returned the mint velvet ones. Bought in a small and they were just too wrinkly on m my legs, particularly my knees. RI molly coated jeggings have proved to be a much better fit for me.
