Not posted for several days as would have been veeeeery boring for you guys! Leggings & top x 3!
Debating whether to get stylebook might download tomorrow and give it a go.
With me it won't be jeans it'll be leggings and tee shirts!
@Sooverthemill it is unseasonably warm even here in Scotland 11/12° here now!
Well done @Sooverthemill for not saving that lovely top for best!
I agree!
I spent WAAAY too many years saving stuff for best - clothes, jewellery, perfume, make up but also dishes, favourite mugs and glassware, that kinda thing. RIDICULOUS! Enjoy the things that make you comfortable, happy and confident
I don't think there's an outfit posted I didn't love!
But particular favourites are:
ops blue skirt from Tuesday
@JunieSpoonys top From Tuesday
@Chrispackhamspoodle orange hoodie
@Purplecatshopaholic the sweater vest/tank top whatever they're called now (envious as I'm too chesty for these, they all seem to be chunky crew neck, where if you're chesty a v neck works better)
@JunieSpoony love the green dress, I'd go long and wear with opaque tights and brown Chelsea boots or similar, teal boots would go great! I'm envious of the teal!
The shops at the moment seem absolutely FULL of black boots!
I've 2 pairs black one pair brown Chelsea's
I'm on the lookout for brown with a little heel (I'd love brown version of the black low heels I currently have) or flat or low heeled boots in like a wine or burgundy red? Green or teal boots I'd like too
I'd also like low heeled, comfortable court shoes (is this TERRIBLY old fashioned?) or "substantial" ballet pumps type in black/brown/navy/wine or burgundy red
I can't do the loafers that are about as the weight is too much and in a weird place for me and would make the leg that plays me up most worse.
@Chrispackhamspoodle I'm
SO glad at 49 you're wearing all lengths!
I've been worrying about that of late. I have a monochrome skirt that's mid thigh, and an a-line bit longer skirt in a sort of bobbly texture that I would LOVE to wear but I've been hesitating on.
Not just age but size too, I don't want to look foolish.
@EllaPaella love the cos dress and the top with the biker jacket especially
@Greyhairwarmheart love your Boden stripey/patterned top
@Purplecatshopaholic love your wolf & badger earrings! So much I'm off to google...
Wow! They have some truly gorgeous and unusual earrings that are right up my street! Couldn't find yours though
@zigzaggaway I used to love Karen Millen too big for there at the moment gorgeous skirt and cardi
I agree with @KiteflyingKat it's best to hit the charity shops in the wealthier areas. Where I live is one of the most deprived areas in the country...but 8 miles away is a very wealthy area and the charity shops there are a bit of a treasure trove!
Posting now as else it'll be too long to post
