I’m hoping I’ve been here long enough to be allowed to start the new thread. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s outfits as we move into my favourite fashion season.

@20FlowerPower where are you to have sleet? We have the heating in though it's for DD as she has a temperature. Are Miista boots comfy? I'm tempted by a pair I keep seeing

You all look so lovely and put together. I have definitely slobbed out since leaving London, and now fit in perfectly well with the leggings and hoodie crowd (although not the surprisingly large pyjamas in public crowd!) of my small Canadian town.

Wearing the same dress and boots as two days ago, trying to cut down on washing.

Really loving all the jeans ideas. I think I might have to dedicate a whole afternoon to jeans shopping in the big city, and not be embarrassed if it takes trying 40 pairs to get something decent.

So many amazing charity finds.Our secondhand shops are so expensive I've stopped looking. @20FlowerPower you have inspired me to wear my tan carvela snail boots with my long dresses...your outfit is lovely.I also need to spend some time working out how to wear my jeans.I HAVE the jeans but haven't found how to wear them in winter yet.Worked from home in pyjamas and slippers today.Think I'll spare you all the photo.

I think what I've learned so far from this thread is that trousers now are shorter and rest above your boots. I need trousers and probably boots too.

@bendmeoverbackwards I used to shop in new look, apricot and h and m. I used to buy very quirky dresses for work online but I can't remember the name of the shop and also they've shut down. I don't belong in any of these shops anymore.

I've always worn dresses as it's easy but I feel frumpy now so am looking for trousers.

@Pigtailsandall I love that jumpsuit but I find I'm too tall for most and also I'll wee myself before getting it all down and on the toilet 🤗

My last buys were from Next which I've never shopped in before. I liked a top and o worked for breastfeeding and bought it in 5 colours. That's how out of inspiration I am right now.

So I got my lovely and warm charcoal grey cashmere jumper out and it has a hole in the front 🤦‍♀️ don't think it's moths looks far to big and only one hole.

I do wonder if this outfit needs something else?

Had to put on a cardi as was freezing.

I love the coat @AnnieSnap. And you look so stylish in the sleeveless jumper/dress combo. I’d never considered trying that!

I think the outfit is fine as it is @Sickoffamilydrama. Although you could add a belt if you really want to.

@CoraggioCara - I love jumpsuits. But I was a late adopter. I think I probably got my first one in 2018. I wear them a lot these days. (I recommend a boilersuit style one with a base layer underneath at this time of year to avoid being chilly whist dealing with the toilet - or wear a cardigan and put it on when you pull the jumpsuit down).

@OublietteBravo you look great in that jumpsuit. Boden get a lot of stick on MN. I have a fair bit of lovely stuff from there. I think if we’re selective, Boden can be really stylish.

Now I'm googling jumpsuits.Yet to find one that makes me feel good but you all look lovely in yours.Bought some John Lewis Kin wide legged Jersey trousers yesterday and collecting them today.Hoping they suit me.Working today.

I love the red cardigan @Sickoffamilydrama I really want a long cardigan for winter and I feel like I should get something bright and cheery.

I also love that jumpsuit @OublietteBravo. I have a jersey dress from Boden and it's not a shop I'd normally go to at all but I love the dress.

Happy birthday @20FlowerPower. Great dress. Lovely coat @AnnieSnap. I'm still on holiday. It was mild but wet until yesterday. Now colder and drier thank goodness. Cardigan monsoon, trousers Tesco, M&S heathen thermal under. Thermals make it much easier to pack for a UK autumn break.

Wow so many posts! Loving the dress and coat @AnnieSnap especially. @20FlowerPower I missed it was your birthday, many happy returns.
Apparently jeans are now full length! Yeah that's going to work. We are supposed to pool them on the ground, in puddles, mud etc. Not for me. But tbh at 5'1 most are long on me.
