Do I consider myself a fashionista? Not at all. Do I expect other people to think I look amazing? No.
I’m a middle aged mum with limited time & resources who doesn’t feel amazing about her post-baby body and is trying to get used to dressing for her current lifestyle, which involves lots of walking (in all weathers), frequent toddler wrestling, playgrounds, soft play and working from home in a very old, cold house with virtually non-existent heating
. So those factors limit my fashion choices.
But what I like about this thread is it’s women - of all shapes & sizes, with different life circumstances and facing different challenges - wearing the clothes that suit their lifestyles and make them feel good.
Let’s keep this thread about women supporting women. If you don’t find it interesting that’s fine, but let’s avoid negative posts and keep this a supportive place.
