I can't remember if it was on this thread or on another thread on a diffferent board that a someone explained all the ins & outs of sinus lift surgery as they or a relative is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

I had dental implants was done in an operating theatre room within the practice this reduces the risk of infection. There's a risk the DR said of penetrating the sinus, so I can understand a rampant infection from this.

Those b&w photos of Kate and William are lovely. It's always so nice to see that kind of warmth between couples. I find it heart-warming.

You'll be pleased to hear that I don't wear earrings so that's one less to join the scrum.

Ooh yes, rings are my first choice! I'd like Grace Kelly's original ruby and diamond engagement ring please, and Max's engagement ring (though I'd have it so the main stone could be interchangeable with others depending on the outfit.)
