It's just struck me - first the gold dress and now the purple suit - maybe she really is looking to Quality Street for colour inspiration! What will she go for next? The pale green of the noisette triangle or the red of the strawberry cream?

Maybe the bright blue of the coconutty one.

Mmmm... Green triangle Love the purple suit. I do think, ironically as here I am on the style and beauty section, that the massive emphasis on and praise for how someone looks is a bit unnerving - on msm/real life I mean. Anyone else know what I mean?

To be fair she was on assignment in Derry. She was probably briefed to avoid green, blue or red. No literal dressing today. Purple is a great not contentious colour

Anyway. I think the belt ruins the trouser suit. It is very Angela Merkel.
