I agree she has a whole heap of help to look like this, but also suspect she's not on the Walkers cheese&onion crisps/Haribo/TV watching diet that I'm on. If she does watch TV, I bet she does it pedalling madly on a cycle machine!

True. But I also think that Kate clearly has good genes. She also seems to genuinely enjoy exercise so I can easily imagine that even if she'd lived a very traditional middle class life she'd have prioritised exercise, keeping fit etc.

I normally like CPV’s floral midaxi dresses, but that one is just a little bit too aggressively floral and too buttoned up, I think.

I like the bride’s relatively simple dress very much, the tiara and her smile are definitely the stars of the show.

Not so much style, but I was admiring Princess Anne, who spent the weekend staying on a Royal Navy ship while it took place in exercises. She looks really good in all uniforms, never mind just the fancy dress ones!

Princess Anne is such a badass. Doesn't she look great in that uniform, and brilliant for 71

There's a short clip on BBC News of Kate walking in her Bond frock, it does hang and drape beautifully, and flows deliciously as she walks!

I like her deep amethyst suit too, it's beautifully tailored, and such a gorgeous jewel colour.

I know they are marmite and sometimes a bit ageing/staid, but I do think she suits a good Trooping of the Colour coat dress/hat combo.

I love her purple trouser suit! She looks so chic! I definitely prefer the aesthetic of a well tailored and fitted suit ensemble to the more relaxed oversized fit that seems to be popular at the moment. The colour is really bold and eye catching too.

Yes, it's fitted without being too tight or bodycon. I agree about the very baggy styles.

I know she suits those jewel colours but I really hate purple so for me it's thumbs down for that suit, though it's a great fit.

Moving away from Kate for a bit.

CPM hosted a dinner last night. This is the only photo on NMR but I like her lace dress, and she seems to have gone for a more dramatic hair and make up look than usual, which looks great.

I love this dress on Leti and the unexpected colour of her bag and shoes works really well imo.

And then Max, looking extremely... colourful!

I like the Ribena suit, though at first I thought it was by Zara! I think the jumper underneath is navy, which works better than black.

Leti is my style icon for sure. She always looks so chic.

Absolutely love the gold from last night! Really like the style of the purple suit but not keen on that colour in general, still a good couple of days style wise for Kate though in my opinion.

Max, bless her! Is there a colour she's missed out? Nice and bright and cheerful, anyway . Leti looks very elegant, that fabric drapes well. Again, not bodycon but not too loose.

Maybe Anne will take a binbag of coat dresses and have them made into something else. She seems very thrifty, and they are good fabrics.

Max has worn that outfit before, and I seem to remember it was actually toned down from the runway look, can you believe?!

CPM always looks so perfectly groomed. She had a function not long ago where she turned up wearing the dress uniform for female soldiers in the Danish army and it looked amazing on her.

Leti’s shoes are great, but I’m not so fond of the dress.

Kate's purple suit is lovely and I would covet it were I still working in an office.

I love Leti's outfit; she always has interesting shoes. I like how those colours play together.

@GrouchyKiwi I'm sure Kate does have a dress like that. She went through a lace dress phase a few years ago.
