He always looks shabby. It’s frustrating he doesn’t even really try.

I think the only time he tried was when they visited Pakistan and wore a sherwani!

I love Kate's updo. I thought it looked so intricate, beautiful and classy. As Maireas says, much nicer than that scraped back look favoured by CPV some.

Haven't been on these threads for ages but had to come along to celebrate the glamour of last night. And yy to literal dressing - glam, Bond style. Hilarious.

The up-do was lovely but I think the reason it can look a bit bleh is that her hair is too long again. It's very thick and very long and so the up-do takes over her head!!!

Her hair was very Princess Margaret. Who had amazing hair!

Her hair is long but I suspect those kinds of updos require additional hair pieces.

Does anyone else think this might become one of her most iconic looks behind her engagement and wedding dress?

Speaking of hair, William needs to get the clippers out again and shave it off. He's far too young for this look.

It moves so beautifully. And with the bond music playing over the footage, she looks like she belongs in Casino Royale!

I thought William looked great, the velvet jacket looked great. They looked fab together.

I really like the fact the hair isn't scraped back. But I'm still traumatised from school where a Croydon facelift was de rigueur.

I also love the fact that she's beaming!

I lean towards Republicanism and then I see Kate and William and think, yeah, you'll look the part with a crown on!
I don't think you can fake the sheer joy Kate brings to her engagements.
I also really like her mix of jeans and coat to outdoorsy stuff and va va voom glamour when needed.

Loved Kate's whole look. Her hair was very 1970s Bond girl.

Unexpectedly, Kate and William are out and about today as well - they have travelled to Northern Ireland and are visiting medical facilities in Londonderry. I really like Kate’s pantsuit here - this is a look I aspire to (shame I don’t have her figure, though ).

And now I really like the purple suit Kate has on today!

Just eating Burger King in an ill fitting pair of jeans while looking at these gorgeous pics of Kate, not doing much for the ego She looks fantastic. I think she's gone for slightly different false lashes and slightly different brows

Me too! If I were ever lucky enough to be glammed up for a Bond premiere and gala night I can guarantee that I wouldn't look like Kate does the next morning.

The purple suit is great, I like that look on Kate.

Wills has dug out his favourite comfy shoes again though. 😂

Oh of course, but I suspect it's easier to be disciplined when you've got no engagements for the day and private chef to whip up a delicious healthy meal for you than when you're rushed off your feet between meetings and only have time to grab a packet of crisps!!
