Which 3 interventions to improve appearance?

Zooforhouse · 16/09/2021 22:04

If you could recommend only 3 things to improve appearance over time what would they be?

Mid 30’s, non sleeping child and feel old and haggard suddenly.

Creams, supplements, other?

Interested to know what has helped others!

Drinking enough water! Simple but makes a real difference and doesn't cost anything.

MintyGreenDream · 16/09/2021 22:07

Estee Lauder advanced night repair.
Facial oil.
Botox.

Oddbutnotodd · 16/09/2021 22:09

SPF everyday, sleep and water.

Gensola · 16/09/2021 22:09

LyndaMcLynda · 16/09/2021 22:10

Hydrate skin - water, masks, good moisturiser

Botox and micro bladed/HD brows

A good vitamin C serum in the morning (Medik8) and a good glycolic in the evening (alpha-h liquid gold)

RadDarwazeh · 16/09/2021 22:10

Stopping drinking alcohol helped my skin :)

doadeer · 16/09/2021 22:11

Vit C in morning. And Retinol at night.

A good lipstick if you're looking tired.

Water and fresh air (with Spf)

ZednotZee · 16/09/2021 22:12

Keto (game changer)
LED mask daily
Rio neck toner.

Tropics4 · 16/09/2021 22:13

Passmeamenuatthetottenham · 16/09/2021 22:15

Tretinoin - it's the only topical that is actually proven to make a significant difference to the structure of your skin.
SPF
A hyaluronic acid on damp skin.

savvy7 · 16/09/2021 22:20

IsabelGowdie · 16/09/2021 22:29

If you are pale , dye your eyelashes.

Well kept brows

LOVEMEIMNORMAL · 16/09/2021 22:31

Face massage/yoga/gua sha

Teeth! Go to a hygienist and get them deep cleaned. If they still look a bit grubby consider whitening.

Other things have been mentioned already

Skincare: spf, moisturiser, vitamins C, retinol, exfoliating acids

Water and good diet

Exercise

AliceW89 · 16/09/2021 22:41

Retinol with facial every 2 months. Wish I could afford monthly. I use Environ but loads available.

Getting eyebrows shaped and tinted every 4-6 weeks. Just opens up your face.

RowanAlong · 16/09/2021 22:42

In the absence of sleep, I’d say water (way more than you think you can drink), yoga, and a good multivitamin with iron

SonicStars · 16/09/2021 23:06

Exercise
Naps
Water

(If naps aren't possible go for mascara)
