Which 3 interventions to improve appearance?

If you could recommend only 3 things to improve appearance over time what would they be?

Mid 30’s, non sleeping child and feel old and haggard suddenly.

Creams, supplements, other?

Interested to know what has helped others!

For skin, retinol, acids and SPF.
More generally, good diet, exercise and lots of water.

mewkins · 17/09/2021 09:28

Sort out the sleep as a priority. Then everything will feel so much better. X

MajorNeville · 17/09/2021 09:39

Sleep, water & healthy balanced diet.
I'm 54 and the 3 things above have the biggest effect on my face the next day.

Sleep water and liquid gold Alpha H. Main ones.

Others I do - collagen supplants, dermastamp, FOREO Bear, Botox and fillers. But I’m a lot older than you!

Oh and teeth whitened.

LuubyLuu · 18/09/2021 11:53

To be honest I'd just worry about the short term!

In my mid-30s I had a non-sleeping child and it was bloody hideous. I was completely exhausted, drained, and looked it.

Just focus on sleeping when you can, eating as much energy-giving real-food as possible rather than the caffeine/sugar cycle. Then make-up, a good base, blusher and mascara make the biggest difference. Make sure you're on top of your brows and hair.

And know it's not forever! I'm sure I look better now heading for 50 than I did during my mid-30's!

I use the rio face toner, more expensive than the neck toner but it's really good. It also works on the neck x
