If anyone is going for CB check your retailer offers if you have Santander mobile banking as right now I've got cashback with mine. 10% so a nice bonus depending on your spend? If you get cashback via say Too Cashback too even better

It's interesting to see H&B available after it selling out so quickly last year. They have either massively upped production or it's not looking as enticing to as many this year.

The H & B I ordered arrived today - massive box, and the calendar was wedged in to it sideways. Surely someone could have ordered boxes the right size for their products. Looks nice, although the corners are a little worn. I know that my friend will love it though, which is the important thing.

It was only released yesterday. It didn't sell out immediately last year. Cult Beauty seems to be the only one that sells out on the day.

H&B just has too many drawers of disappointment for me this year. I don't want the oils, the face masks, or the eye cream, I didn't like the toothpaste last year, and I also don't want the tweezers, brush or roller. Nine DoDs is too many.

H&B sold out a couple of times last year, it did a couple of releases but you had to very quick on receiving the email.

Oh there's a nail file and a makeup brush too. That makes it 11 drawers of disappointment for me. Not worth it for me.

I've had H&B the last two years but it's not appealing to me this year. I'm disappointed by a lot of the contents of this year's ACs. I've been getting them since the first Latest in Beauty/You about ten years ago. Cult Beauty is my favourite again this year and I'm keen to see M&S's offering. A few years ago Elle did a fantastic AC, but this year's has shot up in price and doesn't look very exciting to me.

I'm considering getting H&B and just opening it all in one go. It's pretty good value but it's not exciting enough for me to want to open it a day at a time.

I haven't seen anything about the CT advent calendar but last year she had some really good deals around Black Friday and had a good mystery box recently so imagine there may be some good deals

Does anyone know if Look Fantastic, Feel Unique or John Lewis do a GWP? I’m wanting the Lumene calendar and don’t know whether to hold off for a while. I don’t think it will sell out quickly so I could bide my time.

Surprised to hear they've got probs again with the H&B packaging again. Lots of us moaned on their Twitter page about damaged packaging last year!

Good to hear M&S is full month offer. Seriously considering one for January

Sometimes John Lewis do a beauty box. I had a Dior one last year, it was nice but v small samples.

I’m planning on buying Lumene and am hoping for a GWP from Look Fantastic. There was one around this time last year when I did the same and got lots of lovely freebies including a 30ml Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream.

Feel Unique have just done a GWP, but it was before they were stocking the Lumene AC.

I can’t believe the CB GWP has sold out so quickly - probably because the minimum spend was so low. I need to get a new Revitalash which would have done the trick! So annoyed!
