Has anyone received the Harlequin dress yet? Looking forward to seeing it! I wont be getting any of my Toast sale stuff for two weeks 😢... This is because we are off on holiday on Monday and I have had to have my orders ( Pihu skirt, linen vest top and blue grown on sleeve tee) sent to my Dads address as we wont be here..

@Laska2Meryls Yes I received the Harlequin dress today. I'm afraid its a no go for me because of the fabric, not the style. I just wasn't keen on the fabric and the green colour did nothing for me. So it's going back and I'm looking for an alternative.

Well Pihu skirt is oos now so I shall just have to hope that its not too big everywhere else ,🤞...

I got the poplin skirt in a 10, it's quite generous tbh.

Can I ask about the colour of the tiered poplin skirt if anyone’s ordered the blue/grey? I assumed it was black from the photos on the website….so what colour is it really?

I have it Amethyst. It's not black or washed black. It's a very blue gray, not quite navy. I like it but don't LOVE it. Waist is smallish but not ridiculously so. Skirt us very full - lots of material!

Just tried it on again for a quick pic - it can't be tucked in - not on me anyway and I didn't like it with jeans - so whilst I love it, love the neck and the cut - it just doesn't work with what I normally wear and that's a sacred commandment broken right there - sadly, it's going back, I just wouldn't wear it enough.

I think its quite a washed black. It actually goes with black. I bought the black boat neck not expecting it to match, but it does.

Thank you! That's really nice! I always worry with skirts like that, that they'll be too full from the waist to wear something untucked, but that looks fine! Would you mind telling me how tall you are, and whether it has pockets?

It has pockets. I am 5ft 6 approx. Its longer than I anticipated.

Its quite full. I never tuck in. Ever!
The top I have on is the black boatneck.

Most toast tops are too short on me so they are fine with skirts! The emma half sleeves would fall perfectly with this skirt.
I also wear stuff over it to stifle the fullness.

@NoCureForLove and @neveradullmoment99 thank you for the colour info for the tiered skirt. You’ve saved me money! I was hoping for a proper blank or deep midnight colour. It’s lovely though, just won’t work with my wardrobe.

Oh boo. Toast just emailed to refund the sale poplin pleated dress that I was so looking forward to. The poplin jumpsuit arrived this morning - yet to try it on but it looks like it might be an odd length for me (5’10”).

Pihu dress and green/black jumpsuit going back. Dress was a bit underwhelming, shorter than I'd hoped too. The jumpsuit can't be worn with a bra and I really can't pull of the tee underneath look - sad as the fabric is a lovely print and in my colours. oh well 175 pounds saved I guess!
