That dress is amazing @EllaPaella! Really beautiful. I can't compete style wise today, as I'm wearing my husband's old t-shirt and shorts cut from his old jeans. But am at home all day so I'm just enjoying being comfortable.

I had an important meeting today so did respectable on top and tested out this M&S skirt I never wear, it's too bulky isn't it?

Thanks everyone, I posted on a FB group I'm in and someone asked for a link but despite the fact I only ordered it on Monday I can't find it at all now! I think I may have got a return. Sizing is crazy btw @Purplecatshopaholic - I am a 10 and this is a medium with no wriggle room at all.

@EllaPaella you look fab in it. I actually saw a lady wearing that on holiday recently and she looked good. I assumed it was designer as all her accessories were branded (a bit bling for my taste but there you go!)

Thanks everyone. It was so good to be out though really stressful as DD was very unwell in the night but we can rarely get a sit so I felt I needed it.

@EllaPaella that dress is absolutely gorgeous on you. I have been admiring it on the Zara website, but it’s not really my style so I don’t think I would carry it off!

Have to say that despite admiring that Zara dress on other people something is holding me back from ordering it for myself

I find some of the styling on the Zara website so weird - puts me off buying from them . Whistles used to be terrible too - I loved the clothes but hated the styling on the website on really androgynous skinny models. Think it’s improved recently ~although I’ve stopped shopping there anyway as I find the quality poor for the price

@EllaPaella nice dress. You're right - Zara sizing can be weird. There is a hack based on a symbol on the label (square/triangle/circle) as to wether it runs small, true or large.

But I can't remember which one is which. I'll look it up and report ck!

Trying on a new dress from Dorothy Perkins. I'm amazed. £22 and it fits my giant boobs, without being huge on my waist AND its long enough

@Miseryisabutterfly thank you 😊 I didn't think it was really me either but had seen some people posting pictures of themselves in it on a facebook group I am in and thought it looked so nice in 'real life' on 'real people' and actually I love it, a real happy dress. It swings beautifully as well and is 100% cotton.

@Sickoffamilydrama Zara have some really lovely dresses at the moment. That one is lovely too

We have been on the beach all day, wonderful and sunny and a nice sea breeze. Water has been perfect for swimming as well. I'm wearing denim shorts from Red Herring and a T-shirt from Grace and Mila. The weather was unexpected today, the forecast wasn't so good but it's been lush

That dress is really flattering @NotMyCat, great find. I agree actually, I don't think the Zara dress looks as nice on the website as it does on a real person. Been quiet overcast here today. Gave me a chance to wear my new (to me) harem trousers. I don't really know what to wear them with though. I've wanted some for ages as I think they look so nice on other people, but I don't think I'm styling them right! I wore them with white trainers today.
