It's really not that warm here though I'm still in the garden eating breakfast
The GP did come and oh gosh how we have missed him. Did a thorough physical exam, suggested a couple of things to help with pain and terrible recurrent Ulcers and reassured us both that random raised glands doesn't always mean lymphoma ( it did, 4 years ago). As DD said 'why can't all doctors be like him'?

Glad the GP visit was useful @Sooverthemill. I expect just being listened to properly will make a difference to your DD.

It was cool and overcast first thing, but the sun has come outa d I’m already wondering if I need to get changed.

Can't believe it's still so hot! Went out this morning for coffee and the most incredible gluten free brownie which blew my 16:8 for the day but was so worth it!

I'm basically in the garden in my pants (I'm not overlooked) so I'll spare you. Out to an Everyman cinema with DD later so will don something appropriate.

@Shannith any clothes feel like too many clothes today! Paddling pool is out so I'll be going for a wade in there in a bit! Dress from Sainsbury's today, sandals from eBay. Off work tomorrow so I can wear something a bit cooler if needed!

Still sooo hot here on holiday. We're having a great time, thank you @Greyhairwarmheart - though (whispers) I'd have like one cooler day, so we could explore a bit more. It's just too hot to do much walking.

I really like that dress @EllaPaella, so pretty. Hope the camping is going well, I camped in Italy once and remember the tent being so warm. DH isn't a camper so haven't been for years.

Boat trip today  Shorts - very old from next (I don't like the low waist but wear shorts so rarely I haven't replaced them - they may have to go as I'm trying only to keep clothes I really love)

@KiteflyingKat I’ve got the next boyfriend shorts that have been great.

Although I’ve spent most of my holiday in DDs cast offs from DP’s about 6 years ago!

We are going out for early coffee and walk on the beach before the Latitude crowds hit. DD usually goes back to sleep until 10 so I’m trying to be nice to DH! He’s on holiday but not really had one line so many people

I did! My legs are actually pretty brown but look purple and blotchy in photos . DH took this as proof I got out. It makes me realise how dreadful my posture is!

No one here got the memo, so yet another full-on day of Webex, etc. Not so warm today though so less bothered about not being outside. Very old, much loved dress from the ASOS sale - I so wish I had bought two when I had the chance! Shoes areVanessa Wu.

My Zara dress arrived and I love it, it's a keeper. Will be wearing it out tomorrow evening for tapas and a garden party on the weekend.
