My DH used to be in a band too and it was a pita. Long weekends spent rehearsal miles away and then a weekend away playing. They were a covers band and did 'events' and charity dos. I hated it.

Going to pelt down today. Going to a local fete/dog show with DD. She is competing in the 7 race donkey derby.  so I'm dressed for possible A&E visits.

Love that I can roll up these sleeves as often it's warm and wet. What is you cagoule like Shannith ? Saw a nice someone wearing a nice Barbour Cape type thing the other day.

@Sickoffamilydrama yours looks more waterproof than mine turned out to be. I've got full on waterproof dog walking jackets that literally cover every part of me but I thought I'd be too hot. Wrong call. Drenched.

Still DD won or was second in her races so was very happy. I made her wear proper waterproofs. Do as I say child, not as I do...

I remember MASH @Sooverthemill. Great programme. Welcome newbies. Great outfits. I love the Toast dress. We had a day at the beach so I wore this white stuff dress over my swimming costume.

Still can’t decide about the hush jeans!

It’s humid but really cloudy and breezy. Quite pleasant. I have white shorts next to me in case it warms up!

@Sooverthemill I think I missed the Hush jeans, which ones are you unsure about? In my experience stuff I’m unsure about & have to convince myself to keep usually ends up in the charity shop bag. So if in doubt I would return. You have loads of nice jeans already.

Warm and sunny here today, I was expecting it to have got cooler.

Really wasn't sure what to wear today. Ended up in charity shop skirt and old M&S t-shirt.
