I think Sofia is wearing flats and Leonor kitten heels but yes, they've taken after Felipe in the height department. Not that Leti is short at 5'7.

Oh that blue dress is just gorgeous! Utterly beautiful and very Grace Kelly.
I also remember Victoria's dress-she'd gone for a cream Victoriana style lacy dress with fur trìm which I remember reading had got wet from rain and really smelled! Victoria sadly looked quite frail imho, whereas Kitty radiates healthy 1950's film star glamour.
Leti and girls look lovely. I like how you can tell when someone is smiling behind their mask as their eyes crinkle and her girls look like they are doing that.

Kitty must have spent at least half of her wedding day getting changed!

That blue dress is stunning. The huge one with the floral train! The jewels! I've no idea how she got the time to wear five dresses, but that's the billionaire lifestyle for you.
I'm not sure about the groom in black slippers and bow tie, though.

Kitty's wedding spanned three days of events & receptions, so I don't think five dresses are too many. I love the blue dress and the gorgeous necklace, also the floral dress is a wonderful creation, what amazing fabric!

She's certainly earning her retainer from D&G, as she's on several front pages this morning.

I don't like Kitty's wedding dress but the other 3 dresses are beautiful. This is my favourite though. Both the dress and the jewellery are breathtaking

Could anyone explain the motivation to DO Hello? For some control/relative privacy on the day perhaps?

Presumably there is a Hello/D&G promotional tie in. I don't think it's about security and privacy, as the ML people would have unlimited funds to control that.

I'm not convinced that there's a Hello deal? The wording implies not - "a photo has emerged of her dress" doesn't sound like they are controlling it?

I think it is very Tudor-esque too! A mix between Victorian corpse and Bloody Mary.

A Hello magazine deal was merely speculation from me!

I like it as a fashion statement - the Elizabethan feel of the sleeves and collar. I think you probably have to look like Kitty to look good in the dress, but obvs she does look like Kitty.

If I only had one chance to wear an amazing dress I wouldn’t choose this dress, but that isn’t Kitty’s situation,

I was working at that wedding, and yes, the fur stank! Victoria and Charles Spencer had only known each other for 6 weeks.

I remember Victoria's wedding dress, it was based on a medieval style with a fur trimmed dropped waist and fur trimmed sleeves. The fabric was cream brocade IIRC. It was an unusual choice.

I think it was at their wedding that Diana had a huge argument with Raine? She may have even pushed her down the stairs, or perhaps that was on another occasion.

@ajandjjmum thank you-that's where I read it! You had posted a really interesting post on a previous thread about working at their wedding and that's how we know the fur smelled!
Can't believe they'd only known each other 6wks...
