Well spotted, @KillingMeDeftly! I want that red dress and shoes. Good point about a Hello deal. She's already a "muse" for Bulgari fine jewellery, and it seems as if Dolce e Gabbana are involved - Emma Marchioness of Bath has been pictured in a gorgeous gown.

That's her Spencer brother on the left and I presume her brother from her mother's second marriage on the right. Doesn't look like either of her parents made it.

D&G have posted a photo of the dress. Not sure I like the sheer bodice with bra cups look.

No, I don't like the bra cups look. That's what spoiled Kate Middleton's dress for me, the visible cups (although the bodice wasn't transparent).

The dress is too fussy for my liking, it's a bit 'loo roll cover chic' for me. The tiara would have been a good distraction!

@frugalkitty I'm going to be controversial here and think that with such a fussy dress, a tiara would've been a bit too much.
