Wow her sister was the Tsarina who was murdered. That photo is actually incredible for the amount of history sat there. It's strange to think HM had first hand interactions with all these people.

I thought Crown Princess Märtha of Norway who was a Princess of Sweden in her own right, looked so elegant in that family photo paradyning posted.
I went down a rabbit hole on the Internet re Märtha.
King Harald, the reigning King of Norway was her only son. She married her first cousin. I didn't think that was allowed.
Franklin Roosvelt's son thought there may have a romantic relationship between Märtha and Roosvelt.
She died at 53.
Who is the older lady to the left of her and beside the Duchess of Kent holding the baby ?

I absolutely love Kate's pink Wimbledon look today. She looks fresh and pretty and it's a gorgeous colour and style on her. The shoes are MUCH better!

Kate looks just wonderful today - that colour somehow "enlivens" her- it is extremely flattering to her, and the dress is perfect too - and the shoes.

The Aldo shoes are £30 in the sale!

According to the Express Kate is going to Wembley with William and so is George. Apparently he "begged" William to take him. I don't think I was far of the mark earlier. Loved Kates dress at Wimbledon, still hoping for a white suit later for a double Kate victory.

Busy day, feeling terribly behind on the thread! Kate looked so much better today, and what a relief to see no white shoes.

Ooh just saw a glimpse Kate but only about a quarter of her - white jacket and red earrings.

Just caught a brief glimpse of Kate and I think predictions of a white suit and red accessories look quite accurate! But only caught a tiny glimpse.

She looked lovely at Wimbledon today in pink. I love the photos of her laugh and chatting with her Dad. They seem to have a lovely relationship

@MotherofPearl I'm not sure if the trousers are navy blue as they look more black to me. But then on the other hand they could be extremely dark navy.
