Hello lovely Royal style fans. Keep the pics, observations and witticisms coming.....

As I have dibs on the Spencer tiara already, and a certain Scandinavian crown Prince I'll let you ladies share the rest out among yourselves. Although I would like the Percy tiara for birthdays and Christmas if no one minds sharing

I think CPM has knocked it out of the park with this outfit. I really love the whole look.

And then I couldn't resist this lovely photo of Max and Wax. They seem like a happy couple, and he always looks like he knows he's lucky to have her!

I love CPM's outfit, but wish she was wearing some bronze shoes. I think Meghan has a fantastic pair that would look aces with that dress.

Wax always looks at Max like he can't believe his luck. He seems so proud of her.

The Diana statue was unveiled today. The hair is about right for her towards the end of her life but I'm not sure it's a particularly good likeness.

I'm delurking (have been here for a long time just quietly enjoying) to share my excitement at having seen HMQ and (I think) possibly Angela Kelly at Windsor today. HM drove herself away in her Range Rover wearing an emerald green top/jacket! Clearly was just in the right place at the right time.

I do not like that statue! Just looks wrong to me. 🤨

That statue is really underwhelming and I'm not sure it's the best likeness of Diana.

How exciting margotsdevil and how nice of you to share! I saw the Queen in the back of an official car a couple of times on the 404 years ago as I lived nearby, but only a fleeting glance as I drove past.

It was definitely exciting we thought she was still in Scotland but had obviously headed straight back after this morning's engagement as the standard was flying. The police and soldiers all saluted as she passed which was also a bit of a give away! The castle is worth a visit too if you haven't been; her wedding bracelet is currently on display as part of a Prince Philip exhibition - serious bling!

Forgot why I came on here.....today is the anniversary of Albert and Charlene's civil wedding (I loved the trouser suit she wore for that, although I don't think it was generally considered a hit) so tomorrow must be the anniversary of the religious wedding (and all the tears!) I'll try and remember to post some photos when I get a moment.

I remember seeing the Queen on a walkabout in our town around 1980, she was tiny! We had a great view though and she looked amazing.

I also saw Camilla in a Range Rover on the Mall a few years ago, she was in the passenger seat and was about 6' away from where I was standing on the pavement. All dressed up in a dress and big hat - it was the day of the RAF100 celebrations. Again, another great view of her.

I've seen a few of them - MHQ on a tour, Charles driving by, William and Kate while waiting for a bus.

I saw the Queen a few years ago at a military service - she was in an incredibly bright dress and was tiny -looked lovely and chatted to all the more elderly veterans - was lovely

I was lucky to go as someone's plus 1 to BP for a garden party - Edward & Anne were in attendance and talked to so many people . Edward was super skinny - I don't recall seeing Sophie but there were so many people there
It is the only time ever I have had a cucumber sandwich

Wax always looks at Max like he can't believe his luck. He seems so proud of her.

I was watching their engagement interview on YouTube yesterday. It just randomly popped up. He looked completely besotted. It's so sweet that he still has that look in his eye after all these years. It's one of the most endearing things about him. Besides being beautiful, she is very intelligent and accomplished, and he obviously appreciates everything about her.

My ds and I saw HMQ in Portsmouth a few years ago. It was at a service to commemorate D day. Donald Trump was there as well. It was an incredibly moving service and I was surprised how happy and proud my 21 year old was to see her majesty.
When she was four dd was asked to present flowers to Princess Anne. She was kind although a little brusque.
I saw Diana in the 80s I always feel sad now to know that behind her megawatt smile was so much sadness.

The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades.
