I like Meghan's jeans, like all her casual looks really. Archie looks very like H.

paradyning · 24/04/2021 09:35

@mediciempire

Really not keen on Meghan's outfit in that new photo. I don't know what it is, maybe the combination of colours? Archie is cute.
Oh I like it. Apart from the shoes. I absolutely adore Archie's cool hat!
paradyning · 24/04/2021 09:36

'Pap' pics here for those who are interested

I agree @paradyning it's lovely apart from the silly shoes! I really like her jeans.

Archie is so cute.

LadyEloise · 24/04/2021 10:39

Archie is a cutie.
I'd have "walked out of" those shoes and tripped myself up Blush
I like Meghan's outfit. Just ordinary.

gingercat02 · 24/04/2021 10:50

Meg looks just like any well off Mum. Nice to see them getting on with life after all the Oprah/PP funeral drama. Not sure I would be safe in those shoes while heavily pregnant and carrying a wriggley toddler

KillingMeDeftly · 24/04/2021 13:07

I know she's polarising but from a sartorial point of view, I really do miss Meghan! She didn't always get it right but when she did, she looked fresh and modern - the green silk shirt and leather skirt is still one of my favourite, and a lot of what she wore on her tours was really good.

KillingMeDeftly · 24/04/2021 13:09

(That isn't an attempt to start a debate on her and Harry, it's just me saying I always liked her sense of style!)

FaithHowellsYellowCoat · 24/04/2021 13:16

Me too! Loved her fashion. She’s like Kate and looks great in casual too, though in a completely different way.

randomer · 24/04/2021 13:57

M had a few duds didnt she? The brown mushroom hat,the flying saucer hat.My favourites were the white belted coat and the striped Wimbledon shirt.

paradyning · 24/04/2021 16:04

She definitely had dudes. I was so disappointed with her non-maternity maternity wardrobe. And how can we forget Pom Pom dress. But I'm definitely more aligned with her style than anyone else's.
Not that any of it would fit me mind.

paradyning · 24/04/2021 16:04

And her shoes! To die for ( just not these ones!)

KillingMeDeftly · 24/04/2021 16:05

Oh yes, she had duds but then again who hasn't??

latedecember1963 · 24/04/2021 20:04

One of the things that I find interesting about this series of threads is how we like different things.
I liked the pompom dress because of the eccentricity of it. I also liked Kate's green frog dress, again because it was a bit quirky and we don't often see that side of her in her clothes choices.

LarsErickssong · 24/04/2021 21:11

Yes I loved the Pom Pom dress Grin I definitely miss Megs fashion but then again we aren't getting much fashion at all atm.

KillingMeDeftly · 26/04/2021 11:50

If anyone is feeling a bit bereft of fabulous gowns and jewels, there's an Oscars fashion thread.

Keeping it Royal I not recognise Vanessa Kirby. Didn’t love the ensemble.

KillingMeDeftly · 26/04/2021 19:44

I find her IRL style leaves me cold but she looked amazing in The Crown.

frugalkitty · 26/04/2021 21:36

I loved the Pom Pom dress! One of my favourites. For me, Meghan either got it right or wrong, not much middle ground. But certainly right more often than wrong. I didn't like her in patterns apart from the bird (?) motif evening dress she wore down under, but I think it's because she's petite so pattern swamps her if she's not careful.

MotherofPearl · 26/04/2021 22:21

Princess Anne attended the Anzac Day ceremony and then service this morning, wearing what I think I'd describe as an amethyst suit. I see she's in boots in some photos, and black shoes in others. The black shoes really reiterate her similarity to HMQ I think.

Then I see the Scandinavian heirs to thrones had a three-way Zoom meeting! Quite odd to see them all together. Grin

That's a clever sartorial choice for Anne colour wise as purple is also a mourning colour.

Sweet pic of the crown couples. Wonder how MM is doing health wise. I guess she would be considered to be CEV in the UK

AdaColeman · 26/04/2021 23:52

Yes, great choice for Anne, a lovely colour but also entirely in keeping with the event and the mourning period.
I love her hat too!

Nice to see Tim there as well. (I hope they ate Anzac biscuits Brew )

KillingMeDeftly · 27/04/2021 19:36

Maxima and family on King's Day. I love how the middle Princess (Alexa?) is never EVER impressed!

Letizia looks as polished as ever here. Sofia appears to have inherited her father's height - she's in flats and is almost the same height as Letizia is in heels!

Wow what well put together families.
Especially the infantas.
